I actually ran into an issue where I was in a guild in an OC with one other person for blackmail. I was kicked from the faction (was there to sell merits and got invited to OC anyway), but still got an Event notification that said the OC was completed successfully. Looks like it is still broken.
1. After scouting the city for likely targets, PHILpants and spider_pig3393 find themselves outside the Admin Offices.
2. After entering and finding the place relatively deserted, PHILpants checks the ground floor while spider_pig3393 takes the stairs.
3. PHILpants enters the guard station and disables the buildings security cameras.
4. spider_pig3393 scouts the 2nd floor and heads towards Chedburns office, where he is joined by PHILpants.
5. Storming into the office, they stop, stunned to find themselves surrounded by angry staff.
6. PHILpants and spider_pig3393 try to make a break for the door.
7. Staff must of been tipped off PHILpants thinks to himself, as he feels the bullets slam into his back.

these guys did bomb threat every day now they doi a lesser crime and fail ?
The way it looks from the payouts a lot of factions are gonna be forced out of peaceful status. Good job. Way to keep factions up and running. (can you sense the sarcasm?)

2 people thats $1500 so basically what your saying is a faction (from the data we have so far )
can only pay $ 1500per day or $ 10500 per week to be peacful
Not sure what the gripes are about peaceful faction? I have a faction that has reletavely low levels, once we get to 250 respect we can buy another 31 days peaceful status and lose 125 respect to buy it. With a 20 member faction we can easily get 30+ crimes a week done, which probably will give between 70 and 90 respect per week, so 1 and a half weeks to buy 31 days more peaceful status!!!!! Am I missing something here or is this good news for those factions that wish to remain peaceful?

being in a peacful faction is totally pointless the pay out is utter crap 3k being the highest for 48hours planning !
i would like to know the pay out on warring factions ie are planned robberies
but until bomb threats come through we really won't know !

Point taken but if you take the longer term view then by buying a shed load of peaceful days you can then get the respect up quickly, buy some upgrades for steadfast etc etc and charge people to be in the faction. Long term you should make good money if you play it right, members pay you to be in the faction and you keep the OC money, or am I being naive?

have to agree with poster above, just initiated a kidnapping and it was like a kick in the a** o.O
For the people arguing about peaceful factions:
1) What is the problem with having peaceful factions? Are there not enough warring factions? The problem is higher factions gang-banging all the littler factions for easy respect and the ego-tastic feeling they get when another faction is destroyed. Peaceful is only looked down upon by those of the greedier factions, real factions know that there are enough, -normal- sized targets.
2) If there is a peaceful status option, what is the benefit now? Are we really paying 4m+ to start a faction, so that we have to, after accumilating enough 'peaceful status', then do 'x' amount of crimes to get some really mediocre faction upgrades? I will rofl if someone gets anything more than a Steadfast I in a peaceful faction without bomb threats+, and no merit buying now.
3) Is the X.P./Crime X.P. gained -really- worth the time and effort put into a faction, as well as the money, as we no longer get relevant OC payouts, and have been locked out from anything more than bomb threats?
4) Why lock us out from bomb threats? To increase warring factions? WHY create peaceful status then? honestly, and sincerely, someone explain this to me. Again, why lock us out from bomb threats? All we are forced to do now is buy more upgrades to hold more members who can commit petty crimes whilst receiving absolutely no benefit from it. In a time where good faction members are scarce, and a time where factions are swarmed with faction upgrades due to wealthy leaders and merits, now the younger factions are left with members who can't commit teh most basic crimes, and who can't be offered any incentives to even join a new faction.
Further, to even hold new members, -more- upgrades are required.. That's 4m+ as well as upgrades, in a faction that can't raise enough money to buy medkits let alone make a profit out of a faction. And all this for what? 1% daily stat gain in, lets say, 2-3 months time? -Please- explain, someone, anyone..
