I haven't trained for around 18 hours. Then I was able to train despite the error messages.

Thanks for letting us know. This has been going on for 24+ hours for me. I'd say, on average, 9 times out of 10 I'm unable to login. And, once logged in at last, I can't stay logged in. Same error message as everyone else has posted. the line 353 MySQL coding error.
I really hope you're able to track down the problem soon.

Actually I have been able to find a working time for myself during the whole weekend. It started on Saturday and even today Monday in the morning time I was not able to login untill now.
Also I wanted to ask, can we get back a few days of donators due to not being able to login?

As some of you know we have been having some issues today. We believe it is related to two of the web servers, which is why most people haven't noticed a thing, but some people can't login.
We have mostly resolved the issue. We hope to be back up in full strength very soon.

Issues?? Issues have been horrible!! I was only able to sign in one time on Sunday time during the day. Was only on for maybe, just maybe 10 minutes at the most. Then it went back down. I had been trying all day long to get back into TC, but there was no TC to log into. Even into the evening. When reboot started, I even tried to log into, but couldn't. I was finally able to log in at 10:32 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. I missed an entire day because of this! It not only affected myself. It affected many people and it is still doing it to others! I might get lucky to have this posted before it goes back down. It has just been horrible! |
i can't even quote these days i try posting on the forum and one of those errors pops up. made me bloody forget what i was going to say but here goes what i want to say now.
we need to have more staff working on this issue. This is ruining the game for allot of people i got almost no game play on Saturday evening and absolutely nothing on Sunday. today i keep getting bumped out .

yea same here. I lost a bit in training for the weekend maybe around 100 stats. Why should a lvl 3 buy a donator pack if it is going to be down when I can be the most active?

I had probs from Friday to Monday.
Worse thing is my working stats stayed the same for those four days.
