I never said there would be for definate top 6 prized is said POSSIBILY but everyuone just wants to read what they wish was true..
it was POSSIBLE!! no for 100 percent, the winner took ALL, the end...
and whose to say that the top 6 arent gonna get an item?? if you continue to be impatient i promise you, you will not get an item...
learn to read what is there in black adn white, dont just assume..

why would they not assume they were gonna get part of 25 million when its clearly stated that the winner will win 75 million not 100 million... the only possible i see is for a special prize to go along with there part of the 25 million.... honestly very badly ran and horribly worded. should have posted all awards ahead of time and i feel the top 6 are entitles to a portion of 25 million dollars

It's free, you all had a chance 100 million and YET you still find stuff to bitch about. Get over it already.
Whine, bitch, moan and complain. It never changes does it? And before you start complaining about your time, trust me when I say that most of the helpers spent a LOT more time than you waiting for people, trying to arrange tables, watching them etc and didn't get anything. Nor do they care (at least this one doesn't) Just goes to show me that trying to help do a fun event for TC isn't worth my time or energy.

Nothing wrong with learning from and improving on this event if it were to be held again Diggitty. Or even buy in events like it. In fact your post reminded me of the first problem I had with this free event. It would be awesome if the poker room had a bot that big tournament supporters could access similar to the drugden bot and enter in the id of each player for each table for each round and note the status of each with win/lose and have a way to bring up a round to cross check the id of each player. That would at least help confirm posts like this:

Glad its a free event and you spent way more time helping to host it then anyone merely playing, but wouldn't it suck bad for you if that guy is telling the truth lol. I still congratulated the winner, though really. Also listing how the winnings would be split before the event starts is great, just make sure its strait forward enough for everyone to understand. Scheduling the last few tables around down time and channeling players better in the later rounds would help too, like I said before. Everyone understands that this being the first event of its type has a learning curve, why not make the best of it?

POINT IS IF YOUR NOT GONNA RUN THE SHIT RIGHT DONT RUN IT AT ALL....
you have a person who joined it after losing that won the tournamanet...you have a 75 mill prize all of a sudden going to 100 mill and other people not getting anything...
torn city was knows as one of the best game around but with crap like this showing how much people really put into and how well organized things are we will eventually see it lagging behind other games
