Hmm... I have a few employees over the stat cap, and several well under. The ones under are 3 stars and the highest employee who has stats well over the cap is 1 star.
This is gonna take some figuring out. Could it be that we will have to start firing people who are too qualified? I think I hired a guy with a doctorate in rocket science to flip burgers. :s

It does seem a little strange. I'm active (only at night does my energy bar ever reach full), I have high stats, I live in a castle and I only use drugs occasionally yet I only have 1 star.

Well, perhaps activity, good housing, and high stats aren't beneficial. That would make sense because I make way more money from crimes than I could ever make as a brain surgeon or general in the army. And on the side I make close to a million a day from crimes while living in a palace and so well educated that I could easily get a job at NASA, but I I flip burgers at a restaurant for a few grand a day?
Yeah, I think I would be a very bad employee worth one star at best.
Maybe the best employees are highly motivated and active level 3 nooblets living in trailers that dont do drugs.
I never use drugs
I live in a Palace (1975)
I log in multiple times a day
My working stats are high.
I've been in the company 155 days.
Wtf is this? I see others with 5 stars in my company that have less working stats and live in like a Ranch and have been in the company for like half the time I've been there...

Strange, I have 4 stars and i have lower WS than you! Mabye i'm more active?
i do notice that the effectiveness rating change every few hours. One of my employee was 4 star that night before, n went down to 1 star few hours later. Activeness is really important trather than job stat. Most of my 5-stars employees are those with only 10% work cap but online multiple times. Those with 100% work cap but log in once a day, is about 1 or 2 star.
I had all very decent statted players, who only got 3 stars all.
Today i fired one crappy one (no DP, and inactive again) and within seconds all the other employeers get a 5 star rating.
So, one crappy one, does not only works bad on its own, it also affects the rest of the company.
Could be interesting for all you directors!
Only thing im still missing is a column with the employees last action, which would make it much easier to keep your company effective.
