Remember that an employee who is over the stat cap is not really being effective to the company. They still bring in the money but they are effectively non-effective.
I am really excited about the new changes. But i have one quick questions is there going to be something done about the company's with owners in federal jail or that have been in active for ages.
If you are over the stat cap, you are still effective to the company up TO the stat cap, and then your added stats only count for half-value. So well stat-ed employees are still a good thing; its just that after the stat cap they don't bring in the full weight of their stats.
I'm also rated a 1 star employee; and there are a 5-star and a 4-star who have NOTHING on me in any category. (housing, battle stats, work stats, age and I don't take drugs often at all. And I log in a minimum of 2 X a day.) Does your age play a factor? I'm pretty old compared to your average employee.
Both have a 3-star rating
How is that possible when stats, activeness and happy influence rating?

evidentally they are both better than me as I get a whole one star.
Ched, dont you think it would be better to fix the things that arent working right like crime experience, or the hijack a plane OC, or the racing, or the cheating in poker by people using programs ... etc first before you worry about making buggy updates which apparently do nothing but make the companies look prettier?
None of those sound like bugs, just your matter of opinion. And don't take it out on me if you're not very good at being an employee. There are many hidden factors that can lower the rating, which I shouldn't have to tell you.
ROFL, I know the hidden factors, trial and error is all I need to say people. Come on if I can figure it out then everyone else should be able too.

WRONG! lol not true!
5 star employee, and salesman stat cap is 15k intel! I rest my case!
It's a matter of opinion whether they are 'BUGGED' or not. Maybe they are suppost to work exactly like that? Or maybe they are being fixed as we speak?? Theres no way for you to know.

Maybe you are not assigned to a position in the company, in which case, you would be 1 star, since you're not actually doing anything for the company.
Im wondering why my employees went from 5 players at 1 star and 3 players at 5 stars to 0 players with 1 star and 16 players at 5 stars?
But I am very happy Would just like to know how it happened so I can make it happen more often
