Our new backup system is now fully active. It will create backups of your data twice a day, theoretically with no lag, and no downtime.
You may have noticed the downtime at night has now gone, there is a possibility we may need to introduce a very short downtime (maybe 3 minutes or so), but we shouldn't have to... We'll have to see how things go.
There are a number of hardware/software changes happening, (the things that run behind the scenes) over the next week or so, we may see some issues which will be fixed as soon as they appear.
