Why dont you just make respect gain so that you can attack anyone you wish and you get that damn respect...
And i can say for sure, i will leave my current faction if it goes to aggressive. I dont have time to chain nor get chained...

oh 1 more thing that might help try not killing off all the factions and there might be more to war ..... as i see it theres no way 100k stat factions can standup to 10mil stat factions if they all died off sounds like you all had something to do with that ... or are you to stupid to think of that ????? as i see from the big factions bring in lower lvl's then they used to id say ched is going to do something with the lvl hitting lvl thing but with the money big factions have that they raped from the small 1's id bet they are feeding those low lvl's drugs non stop ....
then theres the fact if you lower the # of members you can have in a faction that would give you more factions of higher lvl's to war .... another reason for non waring factions is the fact they all join into 4 or 5 as they where sick of being in hospital or just dont have the balls to fight some1 with like stats ... ched and tc have sunk to a all time new low in my eyes

Okay, so peaceful didn't work out. But since you've got the flag already in the faction structure, why not use it to furthur reduce respect loss when another faction declares on a peaceful faction? Peaceful could be used to indicate that a faction is concentrating on defense rather than offense and could gain something rather than simply not being attacked at all. In short, find a use for peaceful status that provides some benefit other than immunity from attack. That way it's not a total loss for those desiring membership in a peaceful faction.

Saw this in the other thread, and it is a great idea. Instead of deleting a faction at the 90 day mark let a few HoF decleare war on the faction then empty it to 1 man. Imagine a HoF faction with the max of 50 decleared wars and only actually having 50 targets from it |
I agree... but then Ched (DV) will just change the 50 wars rule!
Who thinks Ched has a second account that he plays with? Who thinks he is a member of DV?

How about this:
Make more NPCS (npcs will be members of different factions), they will act as real peoples..
weak, medium and very strong npcs..
Then, peoples can war those NPCS take respect from them.
and there will be agressive and peaceful factions.. newbies and hof wont complain anymore

He promised them a peacefull faction, he gave them a zeroes faction after 90 days, that is a form of fraud try reading the link. As I said pages back, its like me going on Ebay selling you a ferrari and delivering an escort. Thats fraud.
They should give everyone every dime they spent on the factions back If givin no choice its no update it is fraud. I don't have a faction, nor am I in one. I already observed how this game is operated and decided against sudden death as I knew this whould happen. Like I said let them decide, and here another few words to look up. "Class action lawsuit". Trust me they own the game but they can't just do anything they damn well please with it. After you take someones cash you are expected to perform a certain way.
"Yea I know you bid on the Ferrari, but not enough people were actually driving thier Ferraries so heres an update, heres your honda"

The legal point is no one forced you to buy a donator pack to buy a faction, you could have used money made from the game, plus you receive the bonus of said donator pack with extra energy to train.
No doubt in the ToS there is a clause enabling the owners to introduce and remove upgrades throughout the game as they see fit to benefit the players.
Legally, no foul, no offence...
On a personal level, it's damn annoying...

And what players is that? Ched said it himself 4 factions went into war mode. The people that made said factions did so based on the peacefull status, why can't you understand this? And I'm sure some of them where forced to spend real cash, not everyone has 3 million to start a faction based just on monies earned in game, in fact just the oppisot is true. It doesn't matter if he forced them or not anyway, it only matters he offered one thing and gave something else. Show me this clause you speak of.

And theres one before this that basiclly says they don't quarantee they will be truthfull to you, so its play at your own risk it seems. Still can disput any monies I guess on credit card, paypal, etc. Best avenue is to just not spend mony if they can't be truthfull to begine with, IMHO.

and as stated above its been done ... this would not be the first time nor the last from the way this game is run .... if it was my real life cash trust me it would be back in my acct asap bottom line he scamed every1 ....theres no way he didnt know where that would go if he gave noobs the option on being in a peaceful faction as soon as they went peaceful all the bigger factions like vv and jfk became 1 so that took warring factions out of play break it up so there can only be 20 30 members in factions and that would give the warring factions more factions to hit but it seems the big stat boys dont have the balls to fight big stat boys

why not charge a BRIBE of say 10% for successful OCs who are peaceful and another % for those at war!!
and half or so could go to the LAW career as there seems NO real reason (except fastest stats) to be in Law
just a thought as OC esp at low leves seems to be just another reason for inflation

when 91 days hits we will wait till Hof factions declares then my wife is gonna take over faction single handed and park in south africa forever.. wasting 1 of the 50 spaces for HOF.. nuff said.. you dont have to delete your faction.. just park in south africa and ruin HOF's war lists

I personally like the factions more of socializing. many of us stayed out of factions since there is no reason to belong to one and be hospitalized. Personally I find it quite interesting, that a choice was given and not even given the time to see how many would end up in war in the long run, most people on here just train for a while until they decide it's boring with out war. I had many members when I lead my own faction who kept wanting war once they had leveled up into the teens or more. If factions can not have a peaceful factor put in for those who have no interest at all in war those not in factions should not have to put up with being hospitalized with faction activities.
There are a lot of other choices a peaceful faction could have without making in impossible to hold a peaceful status, maybe there could be a merit use for it? like 1 merit for 20 days or something which will mean people who are in the faction will be having to really chose if being peaceful is with it?
I doubted even with peace being free in time most of them would turn to war... IMO, and for most (not myself) the war aspect is a prime focus for this game.

Jesus christ..this is bullcrap...I cant beleive I wasted 2.5 mil on a faction now....Ched I have in the past said you are a good owner and take care of things but this is just BS...gee isnt it strange that just a few factions are warring factions and the rest remain peaceful...what a shame...if that is the case then I guess we have the minority dictating to the majority on how the game needs to be played. Ched honestly I think IF you gave this sometime you might find out all the peaceful factions might start changing, but here we go again and I guess I will just let the faction dissolve...what a waste...a true brain fart here ched. If you really want to do something worthwhile then make it where the big powerful faction get NOTHING from attacking smaller factions. That would be the only fair way to do it....otherwise what a waste of what you did earlier..and a waste of everyones time....
