guys guys wake up pls. you are playing torncity. A game ran by abnormal ppl with abnormal rules.
Cant you see they dont even bother reading what you say? they dont care. So what if in 6 months Hof will ran out of targets again... Ched and his evil minions will come up with another briliant idea to make you spend tc money and real money and then you`ll realise he screwed you again. Tc has been down for over an year since that great crash. Ever since I hear all bunch of lies "we`ll do that, will be fine yaka yaka yaka"
Tc has come a place for frustrated no life ppl who sit in front of their pcs all day bullying the weak because, probably in real life, they cant even dream about that.
So stop making hopes for a better place, for better updates or for making ched change his mind, it wont happen. They dont care. SO what you`ll not donate anymore? Ched will make a few promotional items with TC logo and attract more new players. Besides there are so many who doesnt read forums, many players who are ignorants and many double-faced players who came in here saying "Yeah we`ll never buy dps..." and then they`ll go buy a dp thinking... oh what the hell I might as well have fun.
So yeah, you are right, they are wrong, once again. But they have the knife and the bread in their hands.
In the end all I wanna say is... censored em just have some fun, if you cant have fun anymore quit playing for your sake it does not worth it

well i'm tired of getting screwed over repeatedly if for nothing more than being a faithful player.. i've donated cash of my own to the game because i thought it might improve it but really it seems like the odds are becoming more and more stacked against players like me and my friends..
i wont begin flaming admins for the outright criminal way that they run this site, but i will mention that Leukybear has threatened to delete the forum threads of thousands of unhappy players to further their cause and keep us down.. and i dont know about the rest of you out there but i really dont like the idea of people sensoring public forums that we as the TC population helped create through donations or player referencing or just plain loyal gameplay.
In closing i will say that i realize the odds stacked against us but i'm sure that i speak for alot of people when i say ched may own the site but it belongs to the people.. not the HOF factions who will always get their way.. not the admins who either turn a blind eye or are in bed with the aforementioned factions... it belongs to us and i'm going to make my stand, i'm going to take the fight to everybody and i'm going to do it with fair play.... whether ched likes it or not.. i'm taking back TC and i'll gladly welcome the aid of anybody else who is up to the task

I deleted my previous faction because of higher members trying to rape the lower ones.. I like the ranking code.. I alo like the donator idea, god knows I've spent enough cash in this game

I must give my thoughts onto this. Even though it will in fact help rid us of the inactive factions just humping the faction list, it may also cause a load of complaints and flaming. If it was possible to say, RENEW the peaceful status, then it may cause a bit less complaints. As long as it's not too expensive, not too cheap.
My only estimates is $500,000 - $1,500,000 for a month would be okay enough. Aaand i guess you could add a bit more money up on respect amount, and/or member amount.

Oh yes We peaceful faction would ruin a lovely game. Problem being.. HoF faction 30+ level players who love kicking ass mostly little guys for respect and then demand insain amounts of money. I say this changes I quit. No more money no more me no more.

i think factions should be able to remain peaceful for longer periods by purchasing "protection" upgrades for their faction.. with cash, respect or points...
That way rather than just having a free peaceful faction to make money from OCs they would be paying to stay out of wars at a fixed rate.. so they could enjoy the faction environment without getting raped by hof factions...

I completly agree.. let those that are willing to pay for peacefullness, get it if they are that willing to take it at a cost, It makes total sense. that way young players are entitles to have a chance with the same merits as older players without just training straight for a year. This game gets so lame at times just because of the amount of people that dont give younger players a chance.

We wanted to give factions the choice… To be peaceful or aggressive, this however did not work. With 800 factions created, 4 of those chose to be aggressive. |
I think someone already pointed this out, but uh...
...ever think this should have clued staff in to what players really want?
Maybe next time you have a poll you can do the exact opposite of what people want too. It's a fantastic way to run a game, and I applaud you.

I have to take issue with that.
I have been in HoF factions and I know for a fact that they fight each other - repeatedly and savagely. And as soon as any NAP is over the next minute you are at war again.
No point bitching about people just because they have a lot of respect and have played the game longer than you. Either catch up or shut up but either way your sarcastic comment is misplaced and undeserved

Ok so I spoke with a staff member and I changed my idea a little... Here is the update,
Make it a shorter time period then with only 3 ranks...
1 - 1k respect = rank 1
1k - 3k respect = rank 2
3k and up = rank 3
The rules would remain the same,
We need somthing to give new factions a chance to organize and learn how to fight wars.

It would be great if the staff could haev a little read of this and let me know their thoughts... I am not one for complaining and whenever I make a suggestion it is well thought out and CONSTRUCTIVE
I would love to get a reply from ANY of the admins... Even if it just says that you have read the idea but it wouldnt bea good solution because (reason).
Its sometimes nice just to know that you are reading my suggestions and have good reasons why my ideas would not work (what a crap idea doesnt count as a reason lmao)

This is a great idea, this can help the new factions as well as take some of the cash out. But once they want to make some real cash and respect than the gotta step into the real world of factions.
