Saying that 3 months is enough for a faction full of level 10s to get ready for war is just not right.. Oh well..

Ched, have you actually be PLAYING the game? The value of an Alliances is completely useless. Friendships are not honored and anyone can be a victim because "it's just a part of the game". Our faction was almost 1000 days old with friends in DV, HT, 39th, PT, and others ... but even with personal friendships and a history of guest chaining our faction was STILL not spared by any of these freinds and allies.
If 1000 days wasn't enough to prepare us, how can you expect 90 days to suffice?
Not everyone can live their lives for this game. We can't all be online 24/7, invest $100 a year in dps, and show up 3 times a week to chain. Social and casual players simply cannot live up to your expectations.

The 90 days should be a week imo. Don't forgot how many of us used to say "If you can't protect a faction don't own one".

i can garutee you may 3 people in my faction including me could do even a fourth of what was required to beat even a low end faction with all level 35's or over, that agument is crap, what about the newer players who want merits, or just to do oc's

| my suggestion will be instead of 91 days... why not make it by respects.. like if you have 1500 respects it will automatically switch to war mode and can be declared. i think that way the smaller factions will still have some fun for a while and not kill the HOF as well. |
I like this idea 1500 is probably a bit too high but this seems a fairer system

so the admin changes the system to relieve these crybabies ...
because when 'theres a lot of food around .. but u cant get a hold of them" .. why not make those available like every 3 months .....

800 factions wanted peaceful non-aggressive factions. How many people is that? All of those people wanted a community. Only 4 factions wanted to fight it out. So if TC is NOT supposed to be a safe place, which I agree with at some level, as it's part of the attractiveness of the game. There still needs to be some element of community for people to participate in with their friends and acquaintances online. Where will they be finding that now that we are going back to the dying faction trend due to the HOF dominance?

[i]with the new 50 faction war base limit it should make things really interesting.[i]
Make it so that once you become one of the top 20 factions you are automatically at war with every other top 20 faction. A dangerous world.

well ppl will just start being factionless again...leaving only top few and a couple more mid class factions warring for respect. from they way things are i foresee that this is just back to square one

no we are not back at square one because all of the HOF factions have all those nice updates that have increased their stats more making it impossible for any of the lower factions to even touch them.

How is this different than creating a little league team, only to find out that you have to play the NY Giants next week?
You seem to have forgotten that peacful factions could war whenever they were ready, I guess you don't want the new factions properly preparing themselves for war first.

If you guys are that assd about getting decalared ont then you shouldnt have/be in a faction. Solves what you seem to be a problem, grow some balls and have funs, thats what games are ment for!

Why not have the factions in divisions ? Top factions in divison 1, and so on maybe have 4 divisions. good way to climb through the ranks, giving younger/weaker factions a good chance to earn respect fairly.could even have organised attack/events, with an option to gamble on these attacks, another chance to earn some cash. just like a betting shop.
Just a thought, new events are always welcome. just a bit of fun in the end..

Do yourself a favor and see the issues. Then post correctly we have something realy to fight for here. REAL money has been spent by many on peaceful factions and we want this changed!!!

I don't want to complain about these updates, I simply want a refund of my $4,000,000+ I spent on a "peacefull" faction and it's upgrades. If you want all factions to war, that is fine, I don't want a faction then and I'd honestly want my money back. There has been so many "about faces" I never should have trusted that "peacefull" factions would last, but I thought Ched realized he couldn't make an update with out thinking and thenretract it the next day, or make an update someone likes then cater to the person who doesn't like.Any staff who reads this, I would like a 100% refund on my faction purchase, I feel I was cheated, and I'm sure most of the 800 factions that were created;feel the same way.

dont said that simple , u from DV , so peaceful status is not your business .
chedburn told us that we can stay without the war by peaceful status , that so we invest our money on there .

We got declared on by HoF's that we had paid a significant fee the month before. There were at least four of them. Plus we had other HoF's declare demanding 30mill fees.
Why on earth would anyone in their right mind be aggressive in this state?

Real money spent on peaceful factions? You don't see that a warring faction needs much more RL money than a crappy peaceful faction?
