I'd ask my Dr to examine my Cerebrum just to make sure it's working properly.... Because when you use your knowledge Einstein (and i'm sure your one of the brighest bulbs in the pack mate.) you'd notice that we'd be doing exactly as the HOF want.... They need to triple their chain length and daily respect gain. Please use some of whats between your ears!

Over these three months, more things will change. For example, OC respect gain may be upped including the adding of additional OCs and an easier system to plan and initiate them. Small disadvantages may be added to higher factions attacking lower factions. At this current moment in time, if a level 40 attacked a level 10, the respect gain is decreased because of the level gap, we may raise the decrease further until we are perfectly happy with the system.

this is the reason why i have always and will always beleive that game owners and moderators should not play the games they manage for it taints their views on new ideas.

i have to agree wid sumfink wid these updates. Ever since the updates its boring, my memebers have left my faction, no more communication, no more fun, but when chains were a must, lots of communication, lots of ideas, fun... interesting..

Life is about making choices and you gave us a choice to be peaceful until we felt we had become able to deal a little better with these Bullies in the HOF. I gave up a faction with much more respect then I have now. And again got screwed over with losing cash to start up a new faction and for what to become feed for the Bullies of TC? Warring is fun and should be in the game but it also should be more fair such as level boundaries or days in the game attacks marked by colors as to who you can attack. BTW how can you make any money by doing your crimes if your in the hospital all the time? You just keep getting pushed further back while the Bullies get stronger and richer. I will no longer buy DP's with my hard earned cash I mean I don't have to pay someone to abuse me. I can get that for fee!

Players/I(naturally as the head of the executive) can veto any stupid updates like Cheds peaceful status update.... If the players or the President vetos updates it will be voted by TC(Everybody players/non players/staff) I'd be the executive and people who don't play the game would be the Judiciary!!!

as much as i would like the peacefull factions to stay peacefull. i think after all these great posts going on with good ideas, ched hasn't replied once on it, which tells me either he has no interest in revisiting this major disaster ( which seems to be most peoples thoughts), or even trying to bring up a possible solution to it. Yes i understand its his game, but he also has to remember if it wasn't for the people playing the game, it wouldn't be where it is today. bringing in a change/update that seems to make most people happy usually is a good thing, but then to come out and say, it didnt go the way he hoped after people spent money on the change, and now its pretty much gonna go back to the same way as before with no real explanation other then only a few stayed in war mode, just seems to leave a bad taste in peoples mouth. but he seems to be pretty deaf on this, which tells me he isn't planing on changing it or coming up with a better solution. so hope the fight goes well with you all. good luck!

Hey why do you guys think admins are starting new threads in announcements? To distract and divert all attention away from this thread.... You may also notice that though this thread has by far the most posts and frequent new posts, it's strangely going down the page, and soon would be on the second page....
See how deviously Ched and staff are working to force us to accept defeat!!? I take that as more insult!!
Which is why i will not stop posting on this thread, (EVER) until he satisfactorily compensates for removing peaceful status! I had only 5 posts before this thread, all of them in the factions forum. I can post another 10,000 alone!! There is no rule in the game to suppress freedom of expression/speech.
This is what should happen:
1) Bring back peaceful status, or some other way weaker factions can survive in TC without getting bullied. No crap updates that benefit small factions so little that there really is no point in having them.
2) Everybody affected negatively by this removal will:
• Stop voting for the game
• Stop buying any more Donator Packs
• Continue to protest in this and other threads, which would be read by noobs who might leave the game
• Make it impossible for factions to war their faction by kicking out all their members, and spending some time on holiday in Mexico. • Delete the faction, and let the wars die... This would result in what you have always feared Ched, NO wars, if there are no new factions to declare on.
Either way you're gonna have to come up with a good enough explaination! Remember think carefully!!! Months later you're gonna learn the hard way how big and costly (Ultimately for you) the mistake of removing the peaceful status was!

As previously mentioned, just make stronger factions get lower respect to absolutely nothing to negative respect (which would technically give respect to their targets if they really don't stand a chance) and the problem should be solved.
I'd be interested in knowing how the current rating system works (that which is used to define stronger and weaker and acts as a base standard for the equations used to give them less respect). I'm not sure how effective it is now and how it would be compared to an alternate system ^_^

Or is it too difficult to understand? One player in their faction would be unwarable, and filling up the war base with one player factions is exactly what i'm saying.... I think you've been laughing too hard at all the "comedy" to pay any real attention to the post.

On another note: on a side note although I doubt anyone will listen, maybe a compromise would be too let all the factions that started before they decided too reverse the idea, should be allowed to keep their peaceful status....Any new ones created after Ched changed his mind, would have a 90 day limit. At least people who spent their money would not feel ripped off that way.
