wow. this is really stupid. Obviously more factions were created because a whole lot of people dont want to war, be extorted, etc. Oh, god forbid the HOF factions have to fight each other more instead of extorting smaller factions. wow. you know, this game is starting to remind me of how our awesome president Bush ( i say that with all sarcasm) does more to keep his oil buddies happy than he does to actually keep the american people happy. Torn city is turning into america. good job.

A faction .. is for *warring* and if ya cant do that, you shouldn't really be in one. I think 3 months should be enough time to gain some backup respect,.
As for the questions containing: Why bother warring, simple answer = the upgrades ..
let me divide your level by 2 twice, and see if you still like the idea.

I started a faction (factions) with the idea i wouldnt die my faction was going to enter the battlefeild eventually but not sooo sooon ]
I want the moeny i spent on the faction back including upgrades

Let's see how well you like the idea when an entire faction of Lvl 46+ decides they don't like the look of your character, or your faction! Taking away peaceful status from all of us after we made a faction BECAUSE of the status, is just wrong!
I deffinitly wouldnt have wasted my money on buying a faction IF I knew this was going to happen ,,,this is the 3rd time i have spent money on buying a faction ,,,yeah I know my own stupidity ,,,but all I want is to have a faction that doesnt get killed off 3 days after I start it
If you make a faction now, it will have a peaceful status for only 91 days, then it's open season by anyone who wishes to take you down! My buddy and I never would have made the new faction if we had known we'd be screwed over like this. We lost the last one because we couldn't pay the third HoF to demand money from us in three weeks! It wasn't just the "protection fees", it was the fact that after paying one HoF, the next one would demand money as well! They won't protect from each other because, and I quote on of them, "It's not worth the effort to go against each other because neither of us wins"! THAT'S why they hated the new peaceful status! Their was no one little they could pick on! I say we keep the status going, at least until they take each other down a few thousand respect each!

This is an extremely bad move by the admins and Ched!
What are we paying for? DO we, the people who support the game, your members and even more, your donators have NO say in the game? The game that we PAY REAL MONEY for, Why do we have absoulutly no decision in this!!!???? We are what supports you! We should be able to choise what we want!

Lots of nice big words...has nothing to do with TC though! Those who have paid money into the game have voiced with the majority of numbers that they do NOT wish the choice of peaceful VS. aggressive status to be taken from them! The fact that a large number of admins and those on the board, happen to be members of the HoF factions who have no one weaker to pick on than each other, seems to say where the REAL political corruption lies! Despite the loud and continuous outcry against the decision Chedburn announced, they will continue to do what's best for them, and to hell with the ones who support the game economically!

To stop the complaints, why not "buy back" the factions from those that don't want to war? Don't give back 100% since they have benefited but give back like 75-80% so people that were told it was going to stay peaceful can get their money back and you don't have 6,000,000 flaming posts.
