Level 20 - Looks at the staff to see the level of the vast majority being well over 20.
Age 400 - Again sees many staff well over that threshold.
70 Posts - Requirements include having 100+ posts.

Age, level and posts as long as it does not effect the way they do their job should not matter.
It is all about experience, past actions and suitability.

Handy hint - Write your application up on wordpad or something similar. Otherwise you'll risk hitting send to find out you have been logged out from taking too long.

lol.. I actually only edited that in a little while ago after seeing a few people complain they had done it. So its possible it wasnt even there when you looked
I wouldnt have thought to do it myself when i applied.. except for the fact i sent it to a friend before submitting it to see what they thought of my app .
