All missions has its own requirements: level, money (dual melee course), stats, etc. And this ancient mission needs days old.

As you are a newb around here let me tell you what guys around my game age had to endure:
1 - some time ago, bank had a cap of 5M where you got 2,5M profit at the end of one month. By that time, I had just enough money to share a semi-detached house and had to earn my living banking other ppl's money to get a measly 500k reward - A MONTH. When I got just enough money to make a full 5M bank on my own, bank was updated in a way to make older ppl (those who always bennefit the most) even richer, since for a year they were the ones "renting" 20 banks from newbs like me! And interest was lowered like hell for someone like me...
2 - best paying job there was would be the top med job - 7k per day...
3 - best house was a palace...but it was damn hard to get 65M when there were no crimes over nerve 13, there was no arson gov. building, and the best you could get was a GT40 from a showroom or hijack - which was only possible to old, high stat players.
4 - there was only mexico to fligh to, and as there were no drugs, running for drugs wasn't an option to make a profit.
5 - dog breeding and fighting was an option for poor ppl like me to earn some cash, but then it was ended and I got my investment on dogs "rewarded" with 300k
6 - there was no BlackJack or poker, where you could win some.
7 - bug abuses like an old RR bug could no longer be abused, but some old players got rich using this...and know what, they are some of the strongest and richest around.
Other bugs like double training and "criming" got fixed too, but guess who bennefitted from them the most.
So STFU when talking about unfair things...most ppl now can get a mansion soon after starting playing...I had to sweat my ass off, login in almost every 5 hour or less just to spend my E and nerve. I got to see how ppl with staff connections doubled their stats in one month when drugs appeared, while I was not even able to afford a xanax...then see how some people I was able to hit easily "buffed up" with drugs payed with cash that came out of nowhere.
If you became annoyed with this mission for oldies, then you are really missing the big picture...Things a lot "darker" and unloyal messed this game some time ago, maybe even before you started playing...just ask Thuglife how Shahost got stronger than him in just a few months...Ask someone from the former Malaysia faction how an impressive player like Doevius quit the game. Ask some former staff members like Riddle what some staff are about! And then, perhaps, you won't be annoyed with a simple walking cane...

haha 1 month banking didnt have a 5mil cap maybe before i came, but when i was around it didnt, and how do i know this?, cause i put over 5mil in the bank back then wow!, and is till dont know where your getting this everyone has a mansion at lv1, its a rare case to 90% of new players and really drugs effect us more? when we cant afford them good point

@radical: you really didn't get the point, did ya? but really, what could I expect from someone your game age and crime count? if you had read well, you would see I'm not a youngster at this, nor one of the older. I never said lvl 1's now have mansions, but a lvl 19 as yourself does, and own a furniture shop...my time, you would get a mansion with the cash from lvl 20 mission...and couldn't upgrade it cheap for palace-like happyness...

haha what you dont get is that poker got me all this, luck and good playing skill is what got me this, or else id be living in a detached house still.
