Why only a faction..?
Its better if once finished, you can choose any target, house,company, faction, even in game store like Big Al, even TC Bank.
Ched going to bomb the bank and destroy everyone money in it. Its the bomb, not his fault then.

If HoF factions were to lose a bunch of respect when they're bombed, they can always make up any lost ground by chaining newbies some more. Just like how defence was recently nerfed, the affected players can just move on to attacking younger targets.
So, even if HoF factions attack each other with this and it works as speculated, the newbie gets it in the neck in the end. Not good for the long term health of the game.
Waiting and seeing though. Maybe Chedburn has got a clue or two lurking in his brain somewhere.

Man, if the bank blows up and I lose the majority of my money that would pretty much be the end for me. I would most likely call it quits with this game. Hopefully that doesn't happen or isn't a feature. Regardless it will be interesting to see the results.

i didnt read everything. but i f dissolution means taking apart, maybe this bomb takes apart factions.............like take ALL of the target's respect. i mean come on, if ur spending a billion dolla against HT, you MUST get the bang for your buck!
