If you lost things and they havent been returned yet, file a bug report under items in a new slot... adding name to existing ones will be more confusing for this one.
File a false report and don't be surprised if you are in fed for a few days.

Dont know any security staff so I will just mention it here.
I added a few Ford Mustangs to the market before the hack attempt and they are now not there. They havent been bought and havent been returned to my items.
Not a biggie but thought I would mention it.

Some of you may have noticed missing items some time after midnight last night, this was due to a minor hacking effort. This loophole has been resolved and all missing items returned. Please file a Bug Report if you are still having issues with items. Any donations that were lost - you can reclaim them by filling in the missing donator form.
Another successful test of our backup system, this makes us sleep easier at night; knowing that your data is completely safe.
Thanks for understanding, these things don't happen often and hopefully we won't have to put up with it again for quite some time.

you have tons of hacking issues which i have forewarned you many times yet continuously ignore! I'm sure you'll soon be put to the test by some one who can actually do some extreme hacking. I just value my account on here not to do it

No site is unhackable. To some extent sites like world banks are hackable, people just daren't do it as they know they'd land their ass in jail for a few decades 
Sites like TC... Ched isn't exactly the police is he?
At least he's being wise and having a daily backup. Sure, it winds a few people up as its in the middle of their day or something, but would you rather work for a few months on your account then lose it all, or have a backup daily and lose little if anything at all?
I'm sure the decision's unanimous.
