- Multiple properties, you can now own however many properties you want to.
- Renting, You can rent properties to other people.
- Market, a housing market where you can sell or rent properties to other people
- Property upgrades, personalize your property with 14 customizations giving you secret abilities for example, a swimming pool which increases gym gains, a vault where you can store money, and an airstrip which decreases travel time and gives you a travel item boost of +10. All upgrades also increase your maximum happiness. The better your property, the more customizations you will be able to buy.
- Staff, hire staff for your property and give them a daily wage. Giving you special secret abilities and greatly increasing your maximum happiness.
You can get to your property list by clicking "Properties" on the sidebar or clicking the image of your property on your home.
Aswell as this, the amount of happiness you have now acts as a large boost for crime success rate.
Also advertisement cost in the newspaper has been brought up to $250,000 from $50,000 to decrease spam.

i think the fact that you cant sell your house back to the real estate agent makes this update a complete waste of time utter garbage screws everyone but the mid-high lvs

The updates are cuasing me major lag and ive got a very fast and expensive computer. Also $250k is a bit over the top i would say 100k would be reasonable

I am puzzled!!!!
Why would anyone want to buy your house when they can buy it from the estate agent?
You cant sell your house back to the estate agent. And if you want to buy a better house, you'd want to sell yours first and who is going pay for your house when they can buy it from the estate agent?

It is good on the whole for the updates, but, similar to in dollar sales a property can be bought twice and only one person receives it, as it just happened for a mansion to me costing me. Also $250k in newspaper is abit much, I would have though level 7+ and $100k to stop spammers!

all i have to say is ched please no more updates us low lvs cant keep takeing these blows like this your seriously ruining the advantage it would be a different story if you could sell to the estate or person either one but fix the cant sell house back what am i gonna do? have 8 houses by the time im lv 40?? for what?? useless
