So basicly both married couple will lose out? or just one of us?I got a private island and it would really suck going down to a lower house. And off course with the price of a island i don't have much money right now to upgrade to a decent house so this really puts me and my partner in a bad spot.
From the announcement it seems that the person who actually bought the house will remain in it. The other person will revert to the current house they own, which for most will be a shack.
Best option is to sell your current property and split the money so you can each buy a decent house until this monumental oversight finishes on the 28th.

Why didn't it mention in THAT announcement, on 23rd September, that we would have to go back to our own houses??? When I would have actually had time to do something about it! And now all my money is quite happily going to sit in the bank for the next 6 days, while I sit in a trailer *sighs*
Agreed. That was no where near what the first warning stated. And, then, we could have planned better with our banking. But now we have a splendid 24 hour notice to make a decision we should have had a few weeks to ponder over. Thanks alot.
You have to be kidding me. A 24-hour warning? I am not going to benefit, for a whole week, from the house, I purchased half of? I suppose it can be sold and the money split, in two to purchase homes. However you were not clear about this, in the previous announcement. 24 hours is not a satisfactory warning in my opinion. You will be leaving many members out in the cold. (Their shacks)
WTF! You never told us that married couples will live in seperate houses!
Estate agents will be closed from Sunday 21st October until the release date of the new updates on 28th October. This one week of closure will make it easier to test one of the new larger updates.
Thanks and sorry for any inconvenience.
Quoting the other topic. No mention of married couples being in seperate houses. This is totally unfair dude.

Oh well, this might be a result to put an end to some elder players whining about new players who have gotten themselves living into Palace since day 1 just adding few photos of a chick with hardly any clothes to their profiles...

Heck no!!!!! i rent my pi theres no way that the renter should get my money
I think its awesome that just 24hrs to go we get shown the 'fine print' and subsequent ramifications of the Estate Agent upgrade issue. ie Eviction from premises for a week.
Estate agent second warning
As stated a few weeks ago, the estate agents will go down for a week starting tomorrow. Shortly after, married couples will have to live in their own houses until the 28th.This is for the upcoming property update.
See? It's all there in the fine print. Who said TC wasnt realistic? lol
F.A.Q.
Question: Why are you in a U.K. Faction when your Canadian.
Answer: I'm part of the MMSC (Moose Mounted Squad of Canada) and I'm spying on them to prepare for our Tactical attack using beavers and Maple syrup!
haha.... There's going to be a lot of spouse cheating going on with married couples having their own house. Ladies, give me a call if you need company at your home away from home..... 911-666-W00D

Well obviously. I was referring to people who had gone halves on a house.
Don't know how renters are going to handle it. The money they pay for the coming week is wasted as they'll be in whatever property they currently own.
fascinating. it never happens anything that is only good, no, there's always a catch in it.
hope you keep your word and it really is only a week, wouldn't be surprised at all if an "unexpected issue" suddenly arose
