We are unsure how long it will last, hopefuly only between 10-30 minutes. It will be closed to do a massive purge of the site, deleting 30,000,000 unused mail and events. And hopefuly around 80,000 users (all of which havn't logged in for 2 months AND are under level 5). This has to be done after a full database backup for security reasons as usual.
We tried to do this while the site was up earlier in the week but it was a failure. We hope this will reduce the slowness we have at times until the site is recoded (Which is also looking good for the 28th).

i reckon they should delete anyone who hasnt been on for a while (alot of lvl 8-11 who r 100 days inactive or more =P) alot of other gaming site lyk hobowars and such DELETE anyone who hasnt been on for lyk 2 months. . . somethin similar would well. . . u know, be great

would be nice if they could delete inactive companies when the director is fedded and marked for deletion or when the director has been inactive for x amount of days. would make owning a company more benficial due to less competition

Nice to see that it was said what time Monday night this will happen, or will we just log on and find the game down again. Or should I say AGAIN, as it seems to have happened a few times lately. I do wonder why so much downtime, is it really so unstable these days, and is this all really the result of the new programming??
