-Notification system is in the process of being improved so we won't have to suffer this large amount of downtime again. If it had of worked properly, the total downtime would only have taken 45 minutes.

But we are grateful to hear that it appears that the new emergency procedures re - backups are working great, it puts our minds at rest and lets just hope that we don't have these things happen again any time soon, although as a former worker for a service provider, I know just how fickle PCs can be and how they tend to go down when you least expect it or least need it.
