I highly doubt it will be new housing. A private island is still massively difficult to obtain. Maybe upgrades to existing housing, like ability to add a swimming pool to a detached house that adds a little more to your happy bar. But who knows... Could even be the capability of having more than one spouse for more expensive properties, which would definitely make for some interesting times when a wife logs in to find the mansion she shares has been upgraded with a bigger bed...

I agree. The only house that I can see being added is an apartment complex so all of the landlords out there don't have to be married to the renters. It would be an addition to your current home and work just like company upgrades for workers. ($X allows 2 renters, $2x=4renters...)

hopefully the compensation will be the upgrades. My wife and I worked damn hard for our current property and any upgrades to it will be more than compensation for a mere inability to access the estate agent for a week.

Estate agents will be closed from Sunday 21st October until the release date of the new updates on 28th October. This one week of closure will make it easier to test one of the new larger updates.
