Ok some of you players are just idiots. The staff app is not a fix. Where you get your silly ideas from i dunno.
Instead of crying about it, how about wishing the guys that did apply good luck
you obv don't know how staff apps work
1) The number of staff members is a bit lower than usual (although still too high)
2) Admins find a bunch of people they are going to make helpers
3) Staff applications are opened to make everyone feel included and make it all look fair
4) Forums and help chans are flooded with people trying really hard to get staff
5) The original people are staffed
6) People are sad they didn't get staffed and wait for next time

Though i will warn you . Its the actual interview thats the scarey part. unless of course your used to being the subject of attention in a channel which has 4 or 5 admins and no one else

yeah i got tha Rejection letter as well..... its not a very friendly letter atleast they could sugarcoat it that they think you suck "your not qualified" they should say we are OVER qualified for the position n that is why they arent selecting us
