Umm.. They said that when applying, YOU should use proper English spelling and grammar.

More staff aren't actually needed, there's FAR too many already. All the helper jobs can be handled by 3-5 helpers easily, same with mods. Secs need a few more, 5-10 but honestly, if more staff are needed then there's gotta be something wrong with the current ones

very much doubt there is anything wrong with the crurrent ones... and as for more staff i think there needs a few more... as with so many players online everyday its better for the current staff to get a bit of extra help so they can play TC aswell instead of being swoped by staff duties

I dont think it should be lvl 10 as the lowest lvl, i think they should change it to 360 days(bout a year of playing) because some people get to 10 in a month and stil ldont know the game properly

This is pointless...
It always ends up being people that have either been staff before, or spend 90% of their time becoming bum-buddies with other members of staff/people in high places.

That being said, i understand that there's 200,000+ people playing this game, and the only way to get your name around is to spend time chatting your way to the top.
I've been playing for 880+ days, How many people here know me? Next to none.

Anyway, Carry on all you hopefuls..

No skill whatsoever.
