I would really hope that updates will better distinguish between IPs. I have come across many instances where I have been unable to make purchases as my IP assess is too similar. I've been informed that this is due to me connecting to Torn on my mobile frequently. Anything that wouldreducer the hassle well help a lot. Looking forward to the updates.
Truth be told, I find myself less and less on my desktop computer and more on either my phone or my tablet, both running Android - either way I look a it, I think my PC browsing and gaming days are numbered. Mobile devices are becoming much more powerful and viable as a complete PC replacement
"same ip" issues especially when you have people from your area and then you cant do crap with them or even a spouse in another place our country gets the same ip and ant even close...gotta be soem kind of security other than an ip block..it sucks donky dicks but yea passes the time at work
Something small like a city watch app would be phenomenal alongside an optimized mobile site. Basically, the only times i'm not on mobile is when i have to pm people or forums.
I play TC almost exclusively on my phone. I'm using an old Blackberry Bold and usually I use Opera Mini but the BB browser works fine as well, it's just slower. I don't mind zooming but to have a truly mobile Torn would be excellent!
Posting on an announcement thread, this is cool!! I log in via my iPhone 5 multiple times a day. I think a possible area of improvement is auto log ins and whatnot. Back before the new login/index page stuff a few mo the ago somehow my login info was stored and every time I wanted to login I didn't actually have to enter my credentials. Now, it doesn't do that anymore and it is frustrating because entering a long alphanumeric pw is very frustrating every time I want to log in!
I'd use it more, but i find the experience .... lacking. too much zooming in and out in my honest opinion. I use a BlackBerry 9900, an iPhone 4S and a BlackBerry PlayBook (tablet)
I play every now and then (once every other week maybe?) but I found everything works very well EXCEPT buying item when travelling. The slider doesn't work and I have to buy 1 at a time,
