I just want to bring to your attention that people are passing around url's to sites that are asking for your tc login name and your password.
Let me make it clear that by doing this you are compromising your account. The only site you are required to login in with your TC user name and password is TC. So by logging in and giving your information on other websites claiming to be affiliated you are putting yourself at risk.
If you have been to one of these sites and by chance still have control of your account change your password NOW!....

If you know someone who has had this problem today, please advise them to come to #help in IRC so they can be assisted in getting their accounts back.

people do it on yahoo all the time...thell make a fake yahoo login page, then u think its alright, then they take your pw and username and thats that......i never type my password in, i always type it somewhere else, then copy paste it, thats the safest thing to do...

Yes you are right it has been, but it was brought to our attention there was a new link in the newspaper recently.
You may be aware of what happens when you click that link but we wanted all of TC to be clear on it.

good job on informing everyone, simply theres no reason to be even tempted to enter TC login info at another site. what gonna happen at those sites? its just a keylogger to steal your account

most ppl believe such shit, because, some people are desperate to cheat, so it would help them, make the game easier, and will take a risk, what IF maybe it's true? but as Clansy said, dun believe such shit, ppl making such websites only to steal your info for personal usage... there are no such shit that u must enter your info (account/ign/suer name or password) in ANY OTHER site which would make you STRONG, or any other point of Advance. i talk from my experience
