This all depends on the music we are going to get.
Not everyone likes the same crap that the DJ's would play.
So may i suggest multiple radio channels.
One for rock related, one for pop related, one for R&B etc....
If there is only to be one channel can it just be rock ? |
yh agreed rock only maybe some bluesy stuff but no crappy RAP hiphop stuff thats just crap...
is that word allowed:s

screaming down mic? no rock is a bit better then that, wats the point is rapping about shooting and raping people?
my favourite music hasnt got anything to do with killing or anything its just got propper rythm and great riffs

music is a form of expression
thats why there are so many different kinds.and different types of music appeal to different types of people.so to say that one type of music is better than another is really just a matter of opinion.

i no im a noob at this game and fourm but radios ave been done in other games and i dont think it would be very good bur i do like the person that was sayin bout different channelse and u dont want a person that talks rubbish on the dj

How about they not do it at all! That might chip into the donation profit which will dip into the profit pocket...It would be raised sky high and players will stop donating...unless of course you add WAY more things to entice a paid membership.
Like less travel time to other countries, once a month "spy kits", (You can access others stats for a short time-items object...Maybe 2 Spy kits per $10 donation.) bigger nerve bar, 1donaters donation race-1 free for the donater-.
These are scarce. If you want to add additional things to earn money to pay for your game, make different packages. "Come and they will follow"
Another idea for the music is hire by TC membership several different DJ's of different types of music. It can be a setting in preferences as to which "station" you'll have for your gaming experience. Radio can ONLY be accessed with the $15 a month membership.
What ever works for EVERYONE!! Good luck with it! I agree with the previous post about it being too many problems. But if you're willing to work out the kinks, make everyone happy and keep them here making a profit, I say Let's do it!! What can we do to help!?

Radio is slated to go live on the 20th. Could be earlier if everyone is organized and there are enough DJ's to fill the slots. Information on applying as a DJ was given in the first post of this thread.
As for musical choices... So far all DJ's who have applied have different musical tastes... There will be a little bit of everything for everyone. For more information on things to come... Join #Radio on the chat.

everything sounds good but seems to be the thing of how people always find crap to complain about when something new pops in TC lol.. so yeah i like the idea on more then one station and it would seem to be that there would be more likely for there to be like a whole shot out radio and talk radio and all that where people can just mail and ask about things, is that making any sense?
