there are good and bad things in the world.if there wont be bad-we will not now what is good.Its up to us which side we will join.i hope that majority of TC is good people and will ignore those haters and racists and even try to help them and put them in the rigth way.Let them express their hate,because it will fill inside and one day it might explode in real life and someone will get hurt..but here maybe we can help them to love and respect each other.

| So if you are against descrimination why the "Snap out of it romanians" thread was deleted completly after we asked on forums that a person to get punished because she made racist coments about romanians.Don't you think that is descrimination too? |

I have to say thanks to the Admins, this has been a LONG time coming. The number of (extremely) offensive remarks that have been posted recently (and ignored by numerous staff) had me quite disturbed.
Recent posts have brought this more to light (given how many threads there has been recently on homosexuality etc) but sexual (orientation) discrimination has long been ignored in TC. Glad to see it addressed.
I hope this will curtail the use of faggot as a common flame...

meanings of words change all the time
gay - is soon to be changed in the english dictonairy from a cuss on homosexuality to a meaning of somthing Not cool or trendy
like queer once meant happy & now means gay
words and meaning change so you cant say that using the word gay is bad , some people are brought up using it some as a slur others not so

Just an attempt to clear things up.
Since I'm not going to bother quoting, the whole "Freedom of speech thing". It's true, theres freedom of speech, at least where I'm from. To a point. If it goes too far, you lose the freedom of speech for that specific topic. At least thats from where I am.
Basically, if it goes too far, then there is no such thing as being allowed to say it.

I agree that staff must not ignore these discriminations.Staff should try to help those people.WE MUST NOT IGNORE THEM.TC should be not only a game,but some kind of school of morality.WE HAVE A CHANCE TO HELP THEM.If we will ignore them and dont let them express their anger HERE they MIGHT express it in real life.I know people who we depressed and lonely,they had no-one to talk with and didnt know how to express it and in the end they tryed to end their lifes by drinking sleep pills or trying tu cut their venous.ITS ALMOST THE SAME SITUATION.These people dont have a chance to excpress their hate and they are trying to do it here.IF we will le them do it,maybe we will avoid consequences in real life.

I'm not sure if anyone covered this yet, as I haven't read through all the pages yet, but I think the best way to sum this up would be:
Making forums threads targeting a specific person based on gender,sexuality, race, or religion for no reason other than those listed above. Also, applies to groups.
However, I don't think a thread like the example (Snap out of it Romanians) would be in an of itself discrimination, unless it says that they should snap out of it an join a better country, because Romania sucks. (Again, an example, not my personal feelings) THAT would be a no no.

This thread, or, this rule I guess, is the best thing I've seen in a long time and I'll volunteer to back the harsh punishment by warring and hosping anyone who does this until they're dealt with.
