For those of us who have just reached class A, is there any hope for us ever to win? Or are we relegated to being runner ups to the drivers who have been here winning for awhile?
I just got into class A and managed a 3rd, 2nd and then 1st place, so yes there is hope!
i did spend around 220 racing points though and now have 36 upgrades with all the best possible parts
i think as an incentive to keep racing, it would be a good idea to make rare / unique cars available to buy with racing points once your in class A.
otherwise theres nothing to aim for anymore!
I am starting to think there is only hope if you saved enough points when you get into class A. The only other hope is if enough drivers get into class A in the same situation as me and we all end up in the same race. Makes me sad.
i picked the wrong car and have spent about 80 points on it in B class and have yet to win a race in almost 2 months its getting pretty annoying and im pretty much given up on racing so the option to pay a fee to receive ur points back to start over would be the best Update in the whole game!

how can we activate the race... when its needs point to activate the game... and now their is no points for sale in the market too...

You count out $595,136 in bills, then drop the wallet and jog home happy.
I have to agree that there is absolutely no point to racing in A class now. Maybe once more people get there, but quite frankly, I'm only racing now to see if I can lose every one of my 150 some point upgrades from crashing without managing anything more than fourth place.
It's the only thing I have to hope for because I'm certainly not going to actually win a race.
I understand and appreciate that you wanted to do something about racing, but --- well, hear me out. You have five levels and basically what you could call exp points.
Did you not think that maybe by the time players that joing A class now with 4.0 racing points could not possibly hope to win against those with 6.0 racing points and a dozen maxed out cars? ?
How hard can it be to code a text based racing game to where players starting out a month from now have a chance of winning?
Seriously, dude!!!! This is NOT rocket science. It's an online text based racing game that is now not worth spending 50 points on.
Hell, I spent the 50 points the day it was released, but due to the way it was coded, all I want is my time spent wasted trying to play it back.

I love the racing update so far! I have not reached Class A but really I just want to upgrade by Ford GT because that is my dream car in reality that I can never afford!
i love the race way. i just got to b class, the only thing i would change is the 1 hour wait.45min but 30min would be better. plus the race is full in less then 15min. but other then that it's great. it's worth the 50points. nice ched bump+
My driver skill is now 4.72 in class B. Class B was a nightmare for me but I stuck with it. It really sucked but I made it through and I'm setting myself up for a really good position in class A when I end up moving up.
i usually dont post in these but i feel that it needs to be done on this one. we need updates to better the auto racing.
1. every driver should be able to earn at least one racing point in 10th place and first should win like 10 or maybe 12 racing points that way you are not stuck not being able to do anything but lose forever. of course the items would have to be re tailored as to cost.
2. please shorten the race! i feel that as soon as a race is full it should start counting down from 5 or 10 minutes that way we can race more and more and stay on longer and longer!!! if i have to wait an hour i just log out and play something else because there is not enough to do in torn to occupy more than a few minutes of my time every hour or so.
3. a cash bonus for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners would be nice.
4.there should be an option to trade parts back in for store credit at race track of course at a price or even better make it cost real game points to strip and rebuild your cars say 5 or 10 real game points from DP's to strip one car of all upgrades , but the kicker is that first you get credit for the racing points spent on the upgrade, but your cash invested was kept as a restocking fee and the second thing is it destroys your car when you strip it down.
Where the hell is admin. on this post? Is this it for racing or is there more to come (within the next month, not a year from now). Its only fair to let us know either way. If this update is all you have, I will stop wasting my time.
