Well I did a custom race with cappucino and I beat him on the first lap and then he won the race by only 6 seconds and since his stats are in the billions and I don't even have a million total yet I would say stats aren't playing a major role in racing anymore
His stats aren't in the billions
it not bases on stats anymore
Never was. It was all previously based on car upgrades with a small boost from endurance.
Now I think the same is true, but luck plays a much larger role.
That and, selecting the right car for the right track.

You have crashed your Honda Accord on the Shearwater race! Your car has been recovered, but 3 upgrades were unfortunately lost.
now thats annoying!
i loved racing until that
Interesting... hasn't happened to me yet but I wonder if there are any things you did that may have caused it.
Also, I wonder if buying more saftey items helps reduce the loss. Try to keep your tarmac, and dirt up depending on the track, and handling for any to prevent this. My guess is that speed and acceleration help you win but increase your cchances of crashing,
the time limit prevents ppl from racing over n over every 20 min to get uber cars so quickly like we all saw in the previous racing system. I agree an hour is a pain to deal with but a necessary evil IMO. But it is rally hard to win races or even get points to make upgrades. also after i put 3 upgrades on my class E car its top speed, 0-60 and break distance stopped improving even after appropriate upgrades were purchased.
Seriously, probably the best put together update so far. Looks nice, easy to work, lotsa options to play with. And it keeps pace with the rest of the game. Yer benefits received are equal to how much you put into it.
I miss my old car too, oh well. It would have been nice to have been sent it back.
Though I miss the 15 minute time limit I am getting used to the new system.
The driver skill is to my liking, something to be built even if I did not win.
It gives me somthing extra to look forward to.
I agree with many of the previous suggestions.
It would be great to make the terminology accarute.
That would not be too hard.
Removing parts, even at a cost of money, energy, or time would be great.
Currently it takes four players to trigger the count down.
It would save alot of time if the count down started when the first racer joined or
the last race ended and the race only paused when less than three players are
in the race when it is supposed to begin.
I hope you lower the time and increace the dificulty.
If it aint broke, don`t fix it. You waste time might break it other wise.
Would it not be great to have multipule tracks like before?
Even increace the required number of racers needed before the next track gets filled.
You could have a system were if six players sign up to a track than requires
four to fill the next track and two more join, the last four to join will get moved to the next track.
The multi track idea would work great if the time limit was reduced.
Spliting the driver skill into elements like handling, breaking, etc and having the
track determin there growth would be intresting.
You should have Dextarity play a role in racing, but not in a huge way and not
to the point were large amounts of Dex would help a lot.
but after you get to class A and unlocked all upgrades and got the on your car (other than the upgrades that you have to select from) what do you do after that, what will differientiate the cars and the drivers because surely their must be something extra than just competing for the driving skill
