Well, I think it's still a pretty cool idea. Some of these people are pissed because the incentives aren't as much as they wanted, but hey--it's not like everyone's dying to work groceries or casino either. Thanks for the update, and good luck with future work.
All company specials have now been made public. We wanted everyone to get settled in to a company before revealing the specials, as of course, it would have ended in chaos otherwise. There are a total of 15 specials split across the companies, some are more interesting than others and everyone will have different opinions of all of them. Some use job points, some donâ€™t use job points at all.
You can see your company specials by going to the Specials page via your Company page. They should add some more game play options.
It also looks like the first set of companies will hit rating 2 today or tomorrow. Meaning all employees in them will gain 2 job points per day instead of just 1.
Can you plaese explain how the specials are even comparable? How is for e.g. 1 point for 1k = Happy trade (5 Happy per job point)
I can see some comparison if thi was permanent increase in happy bar !!!

what happened was..they probably werent made..and these were thrown 2gether real quick to get all of us pissed off people a little more calmed down but..since there seems to be no thought put into these specials..were all more pissed off then we were before
Hmmm...I thought there were 2 specials per company.....Only seeing one so far......It might be a better idea to have a list of specials that the "Owner" of each company can choose and be able to pick 2 they want to offer there employees/business.......but there would have to be more specials to choose from....
Much like pets, Companies appear to be a feature so poorly implemented so as to be worthless.
I cannot pay employees enough to really make it worth their while to work for my company (and I certainly can't make enough profit to pay for the $4 - $5 million in startup costs for this Mechanic shop).
I was expecting the special(s) to be good enough to make up for either:
A) the money / HP's I could gain in Medical
B) The 500 - 600 in stats per month (or money from spying) I could add to my weakest stat(s) in the Army
There does not appear to be any company job, nor any company special, worth giving up A) or B).
There should be something (actual profit potential perhaps?) extra in it for Company Director's as we are locked into our "jobs". I cannot just leave and go back to army / medical temporarily as some of my employees have.
