I cant believe how slack you guys are being about this. Do you really think a base64 encode is security?!
Those that know how to examine your cookies, take a look at your torn city password, and paste it into http://makcoder.sourceforge.net/demo/base64.php, press decode and there will be your password out in the open in plain text.

after tests done with the site and decoding of base64 you are in fact correct, when i paste my password in from my torn-city cookie it does show what my real password is and there for find this a security threat for are accounts, plus ive now changed my password to something else, Chedburn could you protect are accounts alot better then what you are doing as i find if someone was to hack me thay would know where to look for my tc password

I'm glad I'm not the only one who cares more about their fingers than their security. I cant believe that after such a serious breach, the admins would allow the feature back without learning even the basics of security

Why do you people think this is a revolution? Firefox has had "save passwords" for a long time. When TC didn't have it again, I still did. They save them, this isn't something that's such a big deal. And your fingers could use the work to type, your just lazy if you cannot type it yourself.

Also you may have noticed some strange things going on earlier, and some lag. The lag is being looked in to, and the strange errors have been fixed.

Actualy I play this game 730 days and expirience lag every single day. The only day when I didn't felt any lag was last christmas, cause I was celebrating and did not loged in

:D there were lots of days when server worked perfect. but i experience lag now too. of course its not so terible as it was half a year ago. as in my country says:
