if there fixed why are they popping up closing all over the place then disappearing for no reason for 30 minutes at a time then log back into torn and there back yeh you can type in them but the fix isnt working quite how the programmers expected id say

Not really completely fixed
Whenever I've got NP chat open I keep getting it minimised and faction/company pop up in its place

I'll go so far as to say performance issues are resolved, (by that I mean it actually works when I send a message) but it is incredibly annoying to have the chat window close for absolutely no reason every 3 seconds.
I'm trying to have a conversation with my faction m8s, not get high blood pressure cause of how frustrating it is to get 1 or 2 characters into the chat window before having to reopen it and hopefully getting another 1 or 2 characters.

I would say it is not fixed. It pops up every 5 seconds on my screen. Right now, i cant see half what im typing coz the ramblings of noobs are on my screen.
You might say "go to mobile" No... Its crap for poker. Cant you just fix the game for a change?
If i wanted to read noobs begging for cash id'v hung out in global. But I dont.

No... Actually I'm going to say the window activates how it would if you were clicking it open or closed. Because it seems anyone who is using faction chat has their chat window closed every few seconds, for about 5 minutes, then works normally again for 5 minutes.
If it is closed, as most people are saying, it will just randomly open every few seconds.
Perhaps check the coding.

I ahve two chat windows... faction and trade that keep opening. I actually tried to close both trade and global so that all I had to deal with on the bottom were company and faction.. They keep opening ... they won't stay closed or minimized.

okay this is starting to be a problem... I go to chat and close the window so it isn't even supposed to show... it pops up.. I minimize it.. it pops up... my faction one isn't a problem... but I don't think I should have to see this crap on my screen unless I want to... but it keeps popping up even tho I go through the motions of turning it off.
