Nice and fair update for all dedicated directors around!

The only thing that I dislike here is that it comes in the middle of summer holiday season, where most of the people are less active than usual!:(

If you're going to go along with this PLEASE make it so changing houses doesn't change your worker efficiency to 0, in larger companies we have 30+ people theres always people renting new housing etc. and in the current system 1 bad worker can bring down efficiency 30%. This needs to be fixed.

I agree as this impacts heavily on profit and doesn't quite make sense.

Good idea, but the figures its come up with seem a bit harsh.

My furniture company drpped from $2.6M to $2K sales - 46 employees, 4 inactives and a few with low stats, but about 25-30 high stat active experienced employees sold 2 items between them....

Nice idea, but the formula needs a rethink.

this update comes too quickly and without prior advice for me.
company income drpped from 1200k to 10k only.

how about a new feature in the company, that is allowing the director to send his employees in holiday for some time ? wiht/without payment .. ?
if it's to make things as much like in the real world, then please add the option to send employees in holidays or vacations.

Like DoctorAkula's idea, otherwise we'll be sacking people whenever they can't logon for 2 days.

Just counted up - I have 36 employees who rated 5 star, 26 of whom are over the stat cap with average experience of nearly 300 days. They managed to sell 1 desk and 1 futon between them!

Make more sense to just run a 6 person company with people you can be sure are active, over stat cap and non- drug users than expand. Pretty sure that by this forumla they would outsell my team...

What about 1 star companies that can"t get high statted people because they can"t afford to pay 300k to 400k a day, like the oil rigs. In order to raise your proficiency, you have to lower your prices and that makes it even harder to make a good daily profit or break even. When you have to use players with less than 10k in working stats,that adds to it also. The education courses that are supposed to help you raise prices without losing customers is another thing . I"ve had to lower mine even more because it didn"t work. You tell me. How many 1 star cruise lines have you seen that are over 400 days old and are making less than 2 mill a day. Thats with 10 players with stats over 30k each and 4 players under 20k each.

Terrible update.

this is yet another shining example of your "moving goalposts" mentality

considering that this is the holiday season, i am now penalised for having workers afk for 2 days by a 4/5 reduction in profits.....

nice idea in concept, but sucky in your implimentation.
