So how much am I gonna be docked for not firing him? I never actually mentioned a marriage leave while hiring employees, but I guess Im gonna get pinned to the rails for allowing an employee to take a few days off so he can get married.

wow seriously i dont know what you changed in the company profit but you gotta be kidding.. most of my employee are 5stars my pricing were right i had always around 60% efficiency and i dropped from like 1.6mil$ a day to 0$in 4days and now i am at 0 efficiency...

this update is still blowing! 100% efficiency, 100% cleanliness. master's degree in business, all employees 5-star, everyone active daily...profits for oil rig? 4 million! The idea that active companies get the gold STILL does not hold water!

I agree, activity is only sometimes rewared, but inactivity of 1 employee cuts my daily earnings in half, whats that? Explain how I can lose 50% of my profits if one employee doesnt show up?
