lol, you can't just horde companies. On a side note, crap someone in my company just moved housing that should drp efficiency about 50% for the day Stupid employees moving into larger houses, what's wrong with them?

no. it means most companies aren't able to work towards break even, let alone a profit.

no. it means most companies aren't able to work towards break even, let alone a profit.


A company with 38 members cant run an oil rig making millions in profit per day, its not realistic! What will happen is company directors will get pissed off, close company, and all the actives will flock to the companies that survive. Business is cut throat and I think Ched is just trying to make them more realistic.

To put in short, if you cant run a profitable company, dont...just go work for one of the super- companies that will survive. Theres just WAY too many companies out there making stupid money for no effort.

I think directors need to come together and make a stand. I know it seems like an impossible task but from the lower lvl to the end game directors, we need to demand changes. If this means lowering everyone's pay to zero, stop buying DP packs, or something else that will get the attention and make Ched lose $$, players, whatever - lets make a stand.

Soon as he see's his precious $$ go away maybe he will give a response. Im willing to step and and start coordinating if I can get some top lvl director support on board with me

I don't mnd the changes. I have a basic 5 star company and as long as I make sure everyone logs in daily I do fine. Bought it at 4 stars 1 month ago and it is now a top 5 company making decent money. I never would have prgresses as quickly with the old system.

This new system needs refinement! 1 r 2 employees have way to high affect on your efficiency.. also when you un- assign an employee it should have no affect on how efficient your company is as it should only rate those that are actively working. Ill thought out and poorly addressed update all in all.. this needs work.. my 4 star cruise liner should be making 6mil + and yet if i have 1 employee that doesn't sign for a couple days my efficiency drops to 60% and my income drops to 3-4mil which is under the amount that i pay in wages by a significant amount.

Its suppose to be a company. In the real world if you have 6 salesman, and one quits, your not going to sell as much and the bottom line pays for that. If an employee does not show up for work one day, again, the company is not going to make as much money that day. If you find your company hurting, you have to do what a real company would do. Lower pay, fire employees that are nor performing, or if you can not manage the company at a profit, close up shop. I realize that owning a company has been like sitting on gold mine. You invested and thought that all you had to do was sit back and collect money. Sorry, looks like you might have to actually work at it. Its suppose to be a challenge.

I don't know if you were specifically replying to the post I made, however if that is the case then you need to go back and read over what I wrote. It may not be the "best" posting I've made but it still gives you insight into how things are with the new system. Your post also has a lot of contempt and ignorance to it like you believe nobody but you knows how to run a company in this game. You mention how if you have 6 employees and one doesn't show up or quits how your productivity goes down. Yes that's right that's how it should be but your productivity shouldn't drop 50% due to 1 employee. Employees go on vacation for much longer periods than it takes for you income to go to shit. I don't know about you but over a short term period most companies can manage down an employee or two for at least a short period of time. Losing 50% of your income, not just profit but income in general shouldn't happen in a company of 20+ employees when 1 doesn't show up for a couple days.

I put a lot of time into my company daily to make sure it's running smoothly however when there is something as small and yet uncontrollable as that reaping havoc, it is extremely frustrating to watch. I shouldn't have to fire employees that are on holiday for a weekend. I'm not sure at what stage for you a "challenge" becomes stupidity but our opinions obviously differ in that area.

If someone is offline for 1 day it is ok...2 days really screws you up badly. I have a rule that if you do not log in for 2 days and do not give me a heads up...you no longer have a job. And efficiency,clean and environment are all always at 100%.
