I dont wanna fire my old reliable workers just because they go on holiday or prepare for reallife exams. Right now I have 4 on vacation and one taking time off for exams - this means efficiency is down to 20% and income below 2M, instead of 12 millions.

You have one employee and he's been offline for a week. What do you expect?
Dislike. Before, there were a dozen 5 star softwares earning 1m or more. Now, can hardly find 3 or more. Then i realize, the companies that are currently making 1m used to make 3m or 4m before! So where's all the cash going?
I just think ure taking the cash off the inactive companies but u forgot to reward the active ones!
Of course im disappointed. I used to make around 2.5 m when fully staffed. Now, im making 1.5 hardly!

The Efficiency and Environment stats now play a much bigger role when it comes to earning money from your company. Companies with very low efficiency and/or environment will start to receive much lower daily profit reports. On the other hand, companies with very high efficiency / environment will start receiving higher than usual income.
We may be making a few modifications to this over the next few days. We’re rewarding active companies with good, smart directors, while removing the profits from inactive companies.

i have a major problem in s/w company. Coz if i choose to keep 2 guys, my income will plunge to half. and theyve been there 35 days, and they receive hacking special in 5 days! Major dilemma!
