I'd been watching a guy who'd hidden in africa after a major sale - he was there at least a month....i was soooooo looking forward 2 giving him an old fashioned home greeting if I'd been lucky Ah well.

Hmmm cmon, they are STILL fixing the mess... We all lost something, they are working on it, why not try to stay put and see what happens when the fixin its done? WHen it DOES happen, then give ur point of view the way you want if you dont agree with something... for now I think you should apport constructive comments or ideas, instead of complains, that are just making this harder for everyone.
I bet chedburn & staff are not scratching their heads doing nothing, its obvious they are on the best disposition to help us all.

i have to agree .. this is just another example of him not holding to his word. Funny how he spent the time to get the stats fixed but the people who hunted in place of initial stats are just told you DO NOT MATTER. Damn to bad he didn't get a bit of respect and honor beat into him as a child. This is favoring some people who chose one route and punishing the others. Myself i am not a hunter but my faction members that made that choice are all fucked over now which is just unacceptable.
The only thing that comes to mind is not crossing the street to piss on someone if they were on fire.

i agree with ched that cash shouldent go back... that would not be fair...
but skill should go back... i spent 14 days hunting, and now lost that skill... if i had spent 14 days training, the stats would have been given back. so i wasted 14 days worth of E which a non hunter would not have wasted...

All donator issues have been sorted and users credited. I will continue to check them daily if any of the new players are late creating an issue for their lost donator packs.
We are still looking for decent compensation numbers, but I feel most of the players should be more than happy with the result. At least enough to get you up and going again.
so what this means is ever normal person who needed DP's and got them from the auction market or the item market instead of paying 5 bucks real cash for em will not get their DP's back.
so lets see who this benefits, and where the heart of tc lies....
they figure lets give free DP's to the people who spend money on this game... what the short wave view of this is that the only reason people would buy DP's with their CC is to sell em to people who will buy em with TC money.
Now that i got screwed... i will not ever, ever ever ever buy a DP ever again. thus being one less person creating a market for dp's thus if others who got burnt by this feel the same way we will help crash the dp market.
when they treat consumers of DPs as second hand citz.... just cause we didnt use our credit cards to buy em... they should feel our force when we unite.

You won't be getting your levels back.. Earn them like everyone else has to now. As for Dps, If you bought them with real life money, then you should get them back. But if you paid with points or game cash, you won't be getting those back.. Deal with it. Beggers can't be choosers. You can't always have everything back and in this case, you won't.

This is bothersome. I didn't spend the time training stats, or working in the main city for the past two months -- I had spent every ounce of energy throughout the day/night raising hunting xp to catch up to mates currently training in SA. Now I will not be obtaining the training xp? I thought a previous note said it was recoverable?

I *REALLY* would like my hunting skill back. I like it how it is.... my hunting skill was over 35. That kind of took some doing.... That being said, considering that Ched is trying to be more than fair, I think we should trust his judgement in this area too.

not compensating the money is fine, because we will get some money back anyways. but the whole week you said that you CAN get the stats back, but you LIED to everyone!!! and your not doing it because its too hard for you???? We payed for your real house with our donator packs. the least you can do is your damn job, i don't blame admins, i blame the person taking our money and not putting it towards the right things. and i blame whoever won't take the time to make this a fair deal, i spent almost 2 months hunting and was over 70/100. can you credit my two months??? not to mention, i have received no house, no dp's, NOTHING. and like i have said before, if i lose my hunting skill, i am done with this game. EVERYONE WATCH THE PRICE OF DP'S WILL SKYROCKET AND EVERYONES HUNTING SKILL WILL BE LOWERED. SO PEOPLE WILL FEEL FORCED TO SPEND REAL MONEY ON DP'S INSTEAD OF HUNTING FOR A DAY OR TWO. I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER CENT ON THIS GAME AND NEITHER SHOULD ANYONE ELSE, TILL SOMEONE IS WILLING TO DO WHAT IS REALLY NEEDED.... WORK!!!!!

people can say you know what im done... im tired of being jerked around, im tired of admins acting like rude social workers and pretty much in help irc telling u that ur a moron and dumb and not worth our time to help.... you guys im 100% sure been thru this... not that all admins suck... but there are alot that are either kids, and abuse the power or are just not the right people for the job. coding might be their forte... but customer service sure as hell isnt
its the truth customer service for tc doesnt exist.
well what happens to companys or business when they walk over their customers one time too often? they lose em, and if they lose enough of em... they go out of business.
so for u to say ched has nothing to lose... he has alot... and if he doesnt do the right thing by the majoriy, he will lose alot of players, thus making the game boring and not fun anymore.
