Ched buddy.......
I got nothing at all..... zilch...... nada....... Capout
i seriously have no clue wat your talking about:s
no house
no compensation money
none of my donator days
no hunting skill or money ( well am not worried about that, cause i only had 15 skill and not alot of hunting money)
i thought complaining won't help, but keeping quite ain't doing nothing for me, it seems like all the level 20 plus folks got their shit back, let me tell you something i was a level 21, i dropped 17 levels, believe it or not, i haven't had a goodnight sleep in months, trying to level up. Am seriously tired of waiting ched, ur keeping my TC life on a standstill here dude

I've lost a lot a coarse that I finished worth 500 end a coarse I was 15 or 20 days into that I had to start again. 5 of my 41 nerve bar so now i'm a 36. 32 Milllion bucks that I used to finish buying my palace with 2 or 3 weeks before the crash. 3 lvls from 26 to 23. 469k army points, and the only thing I'm asking for is my palace back or the 32 million bucks so i can apply it to the have that was in my bank so I can rebye it.Is that really to much to ask for?
Look at it this way if those of us don't get compensated for our house loses lets take m situation for an example. Before the crash I spent 65 million dollers of my own money no help form my tc wife to buy my palace. Now if things stand as are I will have to earn 32 million dollers. so 65 million bucks plus 32 Million bucks is 97 Million dollars to buy a palace. so in order to move up and buy a castle after that would cost me 232 million bucks. I can work the other stuff back It's a lot harder to work the palace back. It's a lot harder to work the nerve back but I'll do that the only thing I'm asking for is my palace back period and I'll be happy the rest will take care of itself. Please either replace the ranch with my palace now or send me a check for the balance of 32 million bucks. Like others as long as I get my house back I'm happy and can work the rest back thanks. I don't usually complain on stuff but yes this house issue is a very big issue to me. . One of your staffers told me that there was a house bug and to report it in bugs but last i checked bug page was gone. Give me the house back and thats all I need thanks.

| Those compensations to all TC players (includes the people who go to SA). But compensations doesn't mean pay up for SA losses of money that earned in SA. If that's how it works, people who stay in TC (not going to SA) are benefited from this and people who go to SA stays for long time are the one who is the victims. |

i had 45% hunting skill but i spent the money i earned so i didnt loose it cos i got the items i bought and that was the reason chedburn isnt refunding the money and rightfully so!
With regards to hunting skill he has NOT said he wont give us the hunting skill back so dont think he isnt we dont know yet he just said its hard. But your money is gone. plain and simple, and typing complaints about it will probably just tick staff off eventually and create some sorta marshall law on TC lol!
I understand the frustration but staff are just guna laugh at everyone for being so vexxed cos you wont get anything out it .

I can live with the other things effected but as this was supposed to restored and was available, it seems a little short sighted not to follow through on the earlier positive post.

I was not given a thing back..... I lost a ranch, and am now back in the mansion. I lost 200 points from donor paks I sold, I activated a donor pak the day before the crash, and came back to 3 days left on donator time. I lost 3 levels, 5 merits, millions in networth gained, and have not received but one donator pak in my items which I had already. Other people were given anywhere from 4 dp's to 24 dp's.....some received upgraded houses they never owned, and here I sit waiting, and I got nothing....... What is fair about all this?

But I can say to you now, with my hand on my heart, this won't happen again. Of course, we can't stop hard drive fails and other crashes, but as long as we keep a very close eye on the backups, Torn City will be fine for years to come :-)

i dun trust U, Ched. From the way u handle the hunting issue, i realised that u r not doing what u have said. I will think it is fair only when u give us back our hunting money and skill. i dun even trust compasation money. u may say other way with unreasonable excuse when the time comes. hopeless

what im trying to say which u fail to see, is you are not getting it back your being compensated. cos thats the only way it can be done. typing all this hatred is wasting your time. ther is more constructive things you could be doing other than posting hatred pointless non helpful stuff.
for example - chilling out! and no i did loose a ranch i got a mansion now, not a big loss like some but still a loss non the less but the compensation is probably fair for me. its my hunting skill i want back importantly that was something i really enjoyed having.

just a thought though, we aint lost anything really. cos what we lost was this months, which now we have rolled back technically hasnt actually happened yet. so just do that same month as close to the same as u can remember and in a months time u should have the same as you were left off. the only thing we lost is 1 month of time .

I worked long and hard for my hunting skill and almost had it maxed ,now it's back down to 54/100!! It's bad enough that I lost 10s of millions of dollars and my ranch but if you're not going to restore my hunting skill then I'm not going to waste any more of my time on this game that has little or no respect for its players!

Thats just wow I was like 2 points from maxing my skil and Im reset to 59 that is just stupid like 30 days of pointless wasted energy, Im sure it would matter for some newbs who lose a week but for everyone who has worked hard to reach the 80's and told they arent going to be compensated for just wow.

This is absolut bull crap.
I have not lost a level, or rank or house or merit. Why caus I was hunting.
I have lost $30,000,000 put in the bank in the last 2 weeks, and I was at 83.02 hunt level and now I am back to 58.41.
Ched has basically said we who have hunted are not important enough to really care about....Its very difficult to restore the hunting level and not worth the hassel I believe he said.
The he goes into compensation talks, which has not been finalised. Just how is this going to help us hunters, I mean we are not worth the hassel as he puts it, that means compensation is based on the 'Non-hunters"
Instead of boosting my level in the game I hunted, instead of training and boosting stats, I hunted, instead of spending all my cash on drugs to boost stas, I banked it.
Kinda getting tired of hearing "We are going to fix it just give us time", then coming back and saying up your your not worth it and pay money to get more DP.
I am sure you will be happy in the future.
You are proving time and time again...YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THOUGH!
Lag gets worse and worse, Things that are supose to be fixed don't get fixed, empty promises of how your going to make the game better.
How about for a change you actually do something right, hunters lost things in a different way from the regular players take that into consideration.
That it for me...I know this has been a complete waste of time becasue as long as Ched gets his money we do not matter. Can't wait till March 1st to see how we get screwed more with "improvements"
