i have an idea as i'm a Co-leader of a faction and its very simple do away with the Postion of Co-leader if your going to run a faction do it on your own i mean im just saying then we wont have this problem am i wrong?? I mean i would never steal from my faction but i know there are ppl out there that would so do away with it and then there is only one person that can be blamed for money missing from a Faction bank the leader.

All the things I've heard thus about how this has been handled disgust me. If this was looked into and the rules were applied, the people affected would be happy. But hey why not let someone abusing a loophole get away unpunished? We can be proud of that decision right? Why have rules if they won’t be enforced? This is ridiculous.

Please note, currently anyone who steals from a faction will receive a federal jail sentence, until the 12th of June.
These steps have been put in to action for many reasons. Mainly:
We do not take any action against company scamming, why factions?
The huge difficulty staff go through to resolve these issues.
The instant by-passing of warnings.
The inability to determine who owns the money.
The loopholes around this rule.

Is it a coincidence that the new update came out right as Affliction was being targeted? I think not. This change has to be a direct response to what has been going on. It is obvious the rules were violated and yet the people responsible walk free. I want justice. I've followed the rules in this game. I've reported players who have broken them, whether it was for having multiple accounts or impersonation on IRC. Out of these incidents I can only think of one circumstance have I felt that the staff member helping me was truly being helpful. He did not stop until the issue was completely resolved, and even found time to let me know the outcome after a few hours of working. Thanks Wayne for being one of the few I've seen that want to help and for that I thank you.
TC really has a lot of problems that need to be fixed. With the current uproar I can't think of a better time for the staff to take a stand and start enforcing rules. There are good staff members. They just need to step up. So far all I've seen them do is say "Nothing can be done," before even looking into it. How can you say NOTHING can be done without properly investigating the incident? Furthermore a certain staff member had the audacity to insult Valesh publicly in the forums. Even after this no one does anything to stop it. It is absurd that this is allowed. In any game I’ve ever played directly insulting players like that would have gotten them de-staffed. This should not be tolerated. How can you expect users to report foul play when they see a staff member acting out like that?
This is not about money. It is not about being cheated. This is about doing the right thing, and giving punishments out where they are deserved. Give us what we want. Justice.

Hmmm personally thought Ched would have been smarter than to let this shit not go back to normal. But oh well just proves his head is shoved up his ass like the rest of the staff members.
To lazy to do there damn job ffs. If they aint got time get new staff members, shit maybe just get more.

I'm sitting wondering how many people will soon be leaving their factions to start their own faction just to bank their money. The very wealthy more so than those that are poor'er. It's a shame that it's come to this and this game just keep going downhill with it's "updates." |
But then their bank factions will get attacked and destroyed when Peaceful Factions are removed.

i doubt anyone would declare on a 1 man faction. that is useless for gaining respect.

Whatever...there isn't much to say about this but comepletely ridiculous!
I mean seriously this is so lame, any average online game would take a huge blow and probably have to end up shutting down completely.
I was hoping for a long life for TC, even more than its already lasted, but too much crap like this and IDK maybe it wont be around too long.

Guys really i mean im a Co-leader and i agree with this rule surround yourself with those you trust its your faction if you allow it to happen then why be protected from wat comes with it like i said i would never steal from my faction but there are jerks out there that do i still vote for the idea of removing Co-leader status if your to own your own faction run it yourself then the money in the Faction bank can be touched by only one the leader therefore then if there are problems there is only one person to go too am i wrong??

You withdraw your money and buy another one before that happens... Problem solved. Not to mention, it'll be nearly impossible to destroy a 1 or 2 person faction that is using it to hold money. Once a faction hits 100 respect it's near impossible to destroy it. Revives will be done away with as well. So that's not a problem as you can see now.

Yeah. I think there either needs to be some staff replaced (only the ones that aren't wanting to do anything). Keep the few good ones. and make staff applications available for people to apply.
I'm sure there are people that would love more than to join the staff and help make the game a much better place for us all.
We either need some new replacements, or just add some more members to the staff roster that will actually do something!
We DEFINITELY need a CHANGE!

Yeah we need people that will Fed anyone and do the right thing no matter what. Not partial staff that will shield their friends even if it means screwing people over BIG TIME.

I wouldn't even be considered for staff people because of my game age, etc...
However, I can say one thing....I speak my mind, I tell it like it is and the way it should be to make things right. I am un bias so it wouldn't matter if it was my friends, hell I'd Fed one of my own family members if they'd played and did half the BS that goes on around here!
