So if they vault was increased to no maximum deposit would everyone then still be complaining? |
it would stop some but then again think how long it would take to actually institute this would give scammers a few months to still steal from factions

Its not hard to get some one you trust. Most big players have players in there faction that are richer than them anyway just make them co-leader.

I think you've misinterpreted, Faction scammers will RECEIVE Federal jail sentences until the 12th, meaning the Sentences will not end on the 12th, but will be "delivered" until the 12th. Confusing? |

There's no proof of him trying to abuse a loophole , only hearsay.
Staff cannot continue based on that.
And JusticeR did return the Valesh's share of the money , which set him free from being convicted as faction theif.
Anything beyond that must have evidence.

I'm guessing that there were no conversation between the co-leader and the mugger , which made it hard for staff to judge it.
Probably there were a convo made outside torn , but whatever cannot be proven , cannot continue. |
So, just return the money, but fed no one. |
Why ? The mugger earned it. He mugged Valesh and that was his reward for mugging. It's not against the rules to mug someone.

Try get a vault, you can remove and put money in there any time. |
vaults don't hold enough money for most people

I only have about 4 billion in my faction bank and in no way would I ever allow anyone to have access to it, Hence why I don't have a co-leader. Obviously you were not to smart nor did youknow this person well enough to trust them to have access. Kinda dumb to give somone access to 90 billion!!!! I mean looka t real life, most people are not thiefs but if they found 10 million cash in a suitcase how many would turn it in......its hard to resist and any normal logical thinking person understands this

Valesh allows a couple of the members to use it as a personal bank too. Alongside us being aggressive and needing to supply funds when needed (points, vico etc) when we chain, but ofcourse you don't need that because you're sleeping in a peaceful faction who do nothing but run OCs (a 1 man job. REAL team effort there !) |
Yes that is what my faction does and last time I checked there is not a single OC that requires just 1 man??? So you need 90 billion for pts,VICO,etc??? As you said I know nothing but if I ran a faction like that I would simply give the people who need it a couple million or even 10 million to keep in there vault, this way they had access to stuff, and I am sure Valesh would be on in time to replensih there funds before they burned 10 mil on vicodin & pts 
But again what do I know other then being logical
Its so simple guys, really is! all you have to do is think.........The bottom line is he got lazy/annoyed with being bothered witht he daily grind.....He git burned cuz of it.....

thats the way i played from day one and it is simple. Only people I would ever give access is family or friends who live near me, if they ever stole I simply would go meet them in person and force them to give it back, other then that just don't give access! |

Bottom line is: It's wrong. There have been numerous accounts of proving Valesh in the right. Staff claims to have discussed this for 4 hours... So nearly 5 years of busting butt is boiled down to a 4 hour discussion between everybody except Valesh.
I hope the next time you put in close to 5 years of time, effort, and money into something, you realize how insignificant 4 hours may be. What a consolation... That's like spending an entire day working on a paper for class, and the professor looks at it for EIGHT seconds and fails you without a chance to explain your reasoning. The very least that could have been done was to delay a ruling.
