Is there any information at which point members of the staff became complicit in the mugging? Do the logs show whether it was before or after help was requested?

I'm guessing that there were no conversation between the co-leader and the mugger , which made it hard for staff to judge it.

Probably there were a convo made outside torn , but whatever cannot be proven , cannot continue.

So, just return the money, but fed no one.

Why ? The mugger earned it. He mugged Valesh and that was his reward for mugging. It's not against the rules to mug someone.

its the way he was mugged and set up illegally read the thread you crank , big mouth for a noob stfu

No offence matthew but seriously if you were in this situation would you want your money back and be honest ? !

Show me 1 post where i said this was legal, not a scam, perfectly fine or something similar? Yes i would want my money back, every single person ever scammed would have the same answer. You are all making out i justify the actions of those 2 guys. Im just glad it happened to someone i dislike rather than someone who doesnt deserve it!

Dang matty what ever happened to staff being indifferent and passing judgement on the merits of the case you just stated that you really did not care because it happened to a person you dislike. So what ever happened to staff not getting personal feelings involved in their decisions to resolve problems. Why is it that as you stated "IM JUST GLAD IT HAPPENED TO A PERSON I DISLIKE" way to show that you are impartial to the situation. Honestly i think with a response like that maybe you should not be staff.

What are you talking about co-leader?

I was the leader in the faction, and JusticeR was just a member with access to the faction?

Didn't think of that you could put members into management of the faction ..

Regardless of who it happened too an objective stance is one that should be taken here. I understand that there is nothing you can do in your position in the Staff; however, stirring things up in here due to a personal grudge is quite alarming coming from a Staff Member. Of course, I am just speaking my mind here and to be fair the rules are the rules and they should be upheld regardless of whom they involve. I have seen Staff Members get their accounts deleted so it just goes to show.

EASY because your judgement and statements being staff represents all the staff. your actions reflect on the other staff members. so your statements directly conflict with what your position should be. So remember your actions in the game reflect on all of the staff because you are staff. DDDDDDDDDDUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHHH anyone who has ever held a job where they talked with the customers knows that their actions directly impact the company they work for just like this case does.

So Matty B if you are not involved in the case, what is your opinion of staff members joining in on the mugging? Do you believe that if they gained knowledge of the mugging through their position as staff members and then proceeded to participate they were also breaking rules.

Scamming is legal.

And Valesh deserved it for what he've done in his past. He thought he could get away with helpoing a scammer , this is what karma serves him.

Whatever "seems" obvious is not enough. There must be evidence.
If staff cannot find evidence then they have to threat users by justice , and not take action. Staff are forced to do so , it's not a choice they can make.

You really are stupid. Here's the whole story.
The said person adn Valesh are good friends. Person X is helping Valesh and vice versa. One day Person X tries his hands at something while his intentions are not pure. Valesh being a supporting friend bumps person X's thread and later it's revealed that person X committed a scam.
How the hell is Valesh involved in this scam?
He accepts the person back into his faction because they were friends.
This is what I call being a good true friend, something the likes of you might never understand.

It would depend how that information was gained, this i have no idea about. But im sure at some stage it became general knowledge in IRC and many more people joined in on the act.
