Yeah, I lost 2 levels, looks like I still have my palace judging by my happy bar.
passed my arson's so i'm happy and didn't lose anything on my nerve bar.
I trained my strength, and that stat was right with the total, so it seems like stats are right, although I can't see my hope page to make sure. So I don't know about my bust and crimes.
My education course is gone and my investment, which should be ending on March 1st now has 59 days left to it.
But I do like the 179 years of DP! That's something I won't mind if you don't get around to fixing
lol I know what you did to safe alot of data. You recovered data from that beta server for not so long ago. Now I have merits lost because I used them for fun there and got divorced

god damn i lost about 500 arsons, 100 computer crimes, 100 busts, 25 points, 3000 manual labour, i was doing education course and there was couple days left till end. there is more things i am sure but i didnt noticed. this sucks i hope they will recover some of these things

Down 4 levels, HALF my stats, pets gone, points gone, education gone, $$$$$$$$$ gone. lol I quit, I put way too much time into this game to have this happen.
what about bought donator packs(from market) i had 1dp that expired 2 days before the downtime and after i bought another 1 that had 55points and 700k $ probably not very much for you but for me it was...can i have them back??hope the lvls, merits, battle stats, crimes and the rest of data will be recovered...
Just a thought ...........why not pay a REAL professional to fix this mess. It will cost you some money, but you might end up keeping players. Then again you already have your money in hand so why would you want to help us out.
Ive lost both of my DP's(dunno where those went) i lost around $60 million(at 0 currently and i cant remember the last time that was) 2levels down...i really dont even want to play anymore because ive lost so much stuff ^^thats not even the half of it.
Things which are not recoverable and will be approximately one month out of date:
Your level (set back one month)
Education courses (set back one month)
Your points (set back one month) (but DPs will be recovered meaning a lot more points back in to the system)
Your property (set back one month)
Bank times (set back one month)
Completed missions (set back one month)
Merits (set back one month)
Password (set back to what you had one month ago, please change them)

Could it be that some stats are set back, but then when there was the last beta-testing time, around one month ago, because I never use merits and they are all gone!
i lost my DP status...how i can report it...i just buy if from auction house,i not have the ID code...can admin gif the DP back to me...
i lost 5 lvl,10 nerve,before this i can make GTA but now i mess...i lost 1.5mill(my only money.. )...i lost my working stat also i lost my education...about my stat,i not really sure..i think,its ok...
i lost my DP which i had 25 more days on it, i lost my chalet and now i live in a shack from some reason.
i owe tim $ from some reason, i know that i never took money from him!
