so for all thos people who've put millions and in some cases billions in to their peaceful faction for people who don't want to, or just don't have the time to war are going to have all their hardwork mangled by factions that have been warring for years, have considerably better stats and have the time to do massively long chains...
I can see a lot of people dumping factions or quitting playing torn all together..this has to be the worst idea you've had since the time you increased the happy cost in the gym so high that active people could not regenerate their happy bar....ever!

Alot of us worked hard on our factions, we shouldn't have to war. Especially considering we brought ourselves our factions because we didn't have to war.

You obviously need to read the whole of the first post. But incase you're too lazy or too stupid i will add the key points for you...
Warring factions who don't fight back
Wars on factions who are not willing to fight back will be over very quickly. The losing faction will lose I think: 1 / 16th of their respect (because of the new warring system), and a NAP will be created between the factions once it's over.
Faction Death
Faction death will be very, VERY unlikely. It can only occur if the opposing faction actually wants to destroy your faction, and is willing to spend a long time doing it with no real respect gain. Tip: Don't piss people off.
Chaining
Chaining will be limited to the faction you're attacking. For example you could have several chains going on at once, with several different factions. There is no way to keep a chain constantly going, they will break at the end.
So overall, stfu complaining as no previously peaceful faction is going to get wiped out, mangled and ruined. With the amount of available factions to war likely to be over 4900, the likeliness of being warred is slim.

I love the ideas proposed here. Peaceful factions are afraid of spending a little time in the hospital. You need to give it a chance before you start crying. People whine for years to change things and when the changes are laid out, some want to complain without giving anything a chance. If you still want to act as a peaceful faction don't fight back, get your nap and actually be able to use your faction upgrades that have been sitting there useless. Surrender fees will become a thing of the past because you know once you have lost the war you will get a free nap.
that is why we are peaceful, to stay out of the wars and out of the hospital. i have been in warring factions and being in the hospital every time i log in is not fun, that is why i'm in a peaceful one now.
This is possibly as exicting as Project Needlemouse (Sonic The Hedehog 4) ^_^
And for those in peaceful factions.... if you want to stay out of hospital then don't join a faction!
Not being funny, but if you joined a gang and then refused to get involved in rumbles and gang fights and then you were surprised when someone tried to put you in hospital.... then you're definately in the wrong place!
Factions should be only a privalege for those who want it! I have been in peaceful factions before and i know people who own them - sorry guys, but its time to grow a pair!

Factions with many members will lose a little less respect per user than smaller factions. This is to make up for the fact that, smaller factions can attack many more users if they're against a big faction. The big faction cannot retaliate on the same level. Small factions will give more respect per member.
What sort of difference are we looking at ?
If you're going to add respect bonuses for hospitalising 50%, 75% or 100% of members then clearly it's going to be a lot easier for the larger faction to do that against a smaller opponent. The smaller faction also needs to expend more energy for the same respect gains which is no incentive to fight back.
Also how are the respect gains going to be calculated, is it still level based ?

Reducing faction deaths by 99% sounds SHIT.
WTF is the point in spending 10/10 merits on hospitlisation then.
How does a longer hosp time affect faction deaths? Surely having a lower hosp time means you will be able to attack them again quicker therefore quicker death.
10/10 on hospitalisation is just to annoy people I thought.
Ther is no fun in this sistem at all. I doun't understend how this would be. I fink all factions war point to destroi aver factions and doun't let members out off hospital. And this new sistem(good expresion tea parti I like). But sad more peoples agri with new sistem I doun't understend them maybi moustly vote agri because it new but doun't see no funn at all. May offer do somfink like beta later if want back old sistem.
