You are more than likely going to get the same reply as I did.

"We have reviewed a donator issue posted by you for LadyAnastasia [362425]. A payment with this transaction ID was not made. The transaction ID you entered was xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxx, this was invalid."[

I got the same thing LA, but when I looked at their reply vs. what I had submitted it looked like the last 3 alpha/numericis were truncated when I submitted it --- so I filed it again.

This is just a thank you to whoever it was that manually credited me with the two DPs I purchased this afternoon and had to fill out a report on.

Hopefully the rest of you can get your transactions sorted out soon and be on your way.

How long should I wait before I file a report? I don't want to waste peoples' time but I donated and nothing has come through yet. I know they used to be instantaneous and that this thread was started to say that they're working on problems at the moment. But do I wait a little while or file a report now?

I speend a good bit of time enjoying Torn City. I've met some good and interesting friends here. A lot of people work very hard to make it and improve it, and Chedburn most of all.

I spend enough time playing, its kind of my responsibility to donate. At least thats how I feel. I'm missing 2 donator packs myself. It's been over 24 hours. If I don't have them by morning I'll call PayPal and get my transaction ID and make a report.

Lets face it, nothing works 100% of the time. I don't think anyone wants to rip me off and not give me my dp's. Its just a glitch, so lets try to be mature about it. I'm confident I'll get them ibecause I read and understood the information contained in this forum.

Machines and people all make mistakes sometimes. I make them too. We're all doing the best we can as people, and that's really all we can do. Ched and the admins are doing their best, and I believe that.

Let's all try to keep in mind that they're doing their best, and in appreciation, please join me in saying, "Thank you all for doing your best to continually make Torn City a fun world which is growing and changing. I appreciate the site, that's why I play, and why I donate to begin with."

Here we go again --- on 5th of february i filed 2 separate transactions for missing donator packs --- 1 transaction was manually credited but not the second one.

Simple reasoning someone might say is to refile the 2nd claim---sure but as i filled out 2 reports - i dont know which transaction ID was refunded and which wasnt. and i dont relish a visit to Fed Jail for filing a false report. So can someone get back to me on this issue - thanks.

Anybody know who to appeal to if your uncredited donator pack report is not being responded too? or perhaps how long i should wait before feeling betrayed ?
