I made a bad decision buying a yasukuni without thinking it through first and really regret that decision.So yes I would love those merits back.
I would also like to add that i am not a mathematician and I am still up in the air waiting for all you really clever people to come out with a fairly conclusive evaluation of these passive gain bonuses....are they really as good as some people are saying?

Does this include banking interest? Your original post on the banking change stated that the cap was going to be removed and it has not. People such as myself didn't get their merits back because of this but might do so now because it never happened

Changing some things in the game to help new players is great but I dont think you should make changes that hurt some of the older ones in the process.
It doesnt actually hurt old players, seeing as new players dont get any advantage whatsoever. If anything you got the luxury of having high life for so long and being able to respend the merits

Your argument that people are voting for the best for all isn´t really holding much water tbh.
Most seem to not give a rats ass about HP as much as they care about correcting their mistakes in the past, such as spending merits on yasukuni swords or crime exp.
Saying that those against this only look out for themselves is rather silly when you look at the poll in that light.
