  • How can I speak to staff if I cannot access my account?
    Torn has a support chat box you can use to speak with staff members, you can access the support chat to the right (or below if you're on a mobile device). You don't need access to your account to use this feature. Please state in the chat box what the problem is and a staff member will respond.
  • I've forgotten my email address?
    If you've forgotten your email address that you use to login, you'll most likely need to confirm your identity with staff. Please speak with a staff member and they will take you through the steps.
  • I've forgotten my password?
    If you have forgotten your password please click the 'Forgot Password' link located right above where you login (top right), you must enter the email address you have listed on your Torn account. The password can then be reset. If you no longer have access to the email you have listed on the account please use the support chat box to speak with a staff member, you will need to verify the account is yours so they can provide you with the information required to regain access.
  • I have not received a validation email?
    Have you checked your spam folder? If you still haven't received a validation email, please send a blank email to verification@torn.com from the email account you have signed up with, this automatic service will then validate your account.
  • Can I access my old account?
    We can assist you with getting your account back. If you know the email address listed on your Torn account please click the 'Forgot Password' link above the login panel (top right). If you do not remember your email address or no longer have access to it, please use our support chat box to speak with a staff member. You don't need access to your account to use this feature. Please state in the chat box what the problem is you need help with and a staff member will respond.
  • My account has been hacked!
    Tell staff immediately! Please use our support chat box to the right (or below if you're on a mobile device) so you can speak with a staff member. Please state that your account has been hacked and supply your user ID or name so staff can access your account immediately to minimise any damage done by the hacker.
  • Why have I been banned. What can I do?
    There are several reasons for you to not be able to access the site, if your account has been placed in federal jail you can reply in your fed report which will show as soon as you login. If you think your IP has been banned please mail webmaster@torn.com with your user ID or name so that we can locate your IP and verify if and why it has been banned.
  • I've been banned? What can I do?
    If your account has been placed in federal jail you must use your fed report to discuss your account and reasons behind it being placed in fed jail. This is to ensure we are talking to the owner of the account and only giving information to the owner. You can access the fed report by simply logging into the game.
