  • How can I speak to staff if I cannot access my account?
    You can follow this link if you are familiar with IRC. This will take you directly into Torn's IRC help channel where staff will assist you. Just type in a nickname and press connect once you've clicked the link. Alternatively complete the form to the right of this page.
  • I've forgotten my username?
    If you have access to the email account listed on your Torn account, please mail webmaster@torn.com from that email account and explain you've forgotten your username. If you do not have access to the email listed on your Torn account or cannot remember what it was please follow this link, type in a nickname, press connect and it will allow you to speak to staff in a real time environment.
  • I've forgotten my password?
    If you know the email address listed on your Torn account and your username please follow this link. If you do not remember your email address or username, click here to speak to staff directly in IRC help channel. Advise them you need to verify your account so that you can regain access. If you are not familiar with IRC please complete the form to the right of this page.
  • I have not received a validation email?
    Please send a blank email to verification@torn.com from the email account you have listed on your Torn account. This is an automatic service that will respond to you with information pertaining to your account.
  • Can I have multiple accounts?
    Only one account is allowed per person/IP address. Please only make one account and continue to play that one only.
  • Can I access my old account?
    Sure, we can assist you with getting your account back. If you know the email address listed on your Torn account and your username but have forgotten your password, please follow this link. If you do not remember your email address or username, click here to speak to staff directly in IRC help channel. Advise them you need to verify your account so that you can regain access. If you are not familiar with IRC please complete the form to the right of this page.
  • Temporary block? What is this?
    Temporary blocks are just that, temporary. This happens when you send many requests, too quickly to our servers. This can be due to multiple logins from one IP, or possibly a page refresher. Autoloaders or page refreshers are found in many browser add-ons, so it's possible you are refreshing without meaning too! Please disable all add-ons if you feel this may be causing your block. The blocks lift automatically within a short period of time.
  • My account has been hacked!
    Tell staff immediately! If you can't login, go to help channel in IRC where staff are present to assist you. Just type in a nickname and press connect once you've clicked the link. If you are not familiar with IRC please complete the form to the right of this page. Either way, please state that your account has been hacked and supply your userID so staff can access your account immediately to minimise any damage done to your account by the hacker.
  • Why have I been banned. What can I do?
    There are several reasons for you to not be able to access the site, if your account has been placed in fed jail you can reply in your fed report which will show as soon as you login. If you feel your IP has been banned please mail webmaster@torn.com with your user ID or username so that we can locate your IP and verify if and why it has been banned.
  • I've been fedded? What can I do?
    If your account has been placed in fed jail you must use your fed report to discuss your account and reasons behind it being placed in fed jail. This is to ensure we are talking to the owner of the account and only giving information to the owner. You can access the fed report by simply logging into the game.<
